Absolute trash service. They came out to look at my dishwasher. It took three hours for them to…read moretell me there was a leak. They fixed it and informed me that my dishwasher needed an additional part, that they would order it and call me with the cost and date. They never did. They made me call them, and I was told that the manager (who has never seen my dishwasher) made a note that I needed to replace the unit. The reasoning? They can't order a simple replacement part. If that were true (it isn't), why in the hell wouldn't they call me?! The answer is that I no longer represented a profit for their company. Now I have to start over with a new company, and I haven't had a working dishwasher in over a week. Just look elsewhere. These people don't deserve your business.

Unethical pricing, poor communication, and misleading repair practices…read more I was charged over $700 for a refrigerator repair that failed almost immediately. The company later tried to charge another $1,100 -- including a 115% markup on a part that wasn't even defective. An independent, factory-authorized technician confirmed that my refrigerator is working fine and that the original diagnosis (claiming four failed parts at once) was completely implausible. They also refuse to include part numbers or details in quotes unless you specifically demand them -- a clear lack of transparency that misleads customers. I've opened a dispute with my bank and reported this to KitchenAid and the Texas Attorney General's Office. Be very cautious before doing business with this company.

Victor says he will give me credit for the call when he comes to install the part. Victor does not return and I called two hours later, he indicates the part is on back order for 2 or 3 weeks and I told him that sound not true. I called Appliance parts , 4754 Almond ave. 75247 and the part is available. So Victor had no intention on repairing my washer. He already had his service call check for 15 minutes work. That must be his modus operandi. I regret calling SBZ and will be sure BBB is aware of this. I suggest everyone not to call SBZ. MMM

I reached out to 7 or 8 different people about a noisy refrigerator and sent them all the model number and a video to show them the noise it was making. Gudrat was one of the very few who actually gave me an estimate up front.... something I really appreciate because I don't have time to talk to contractors on the phone. I can't stand when contractors want to charge a fee just to come look. Gudrat gave me a rough idea of the cost right away, ordered the part, and came out on the day agreed by him and my tenant. Even better, I didn't have to get on the phone once. I just gave him my tenant's contact info, and he coordinated directly with them to schedule the repair. Fast, professional, and super easy to work with. He saved me time, money, and hassle. Especially the hassle. I hate hassle!... grrr. This was his first review, but don't let that scare you. He's the real deal. I'll definitely be hiring him again, and I encourage anyone reading this to give him a shot. He's good!
