Unfortunately, the customer service I received from the receptionist, Dina, was very disappointing. From the moment I arrived, she was rude, dismissive, abrupt, and unprofessional. She did not make me feel welcome and showed very little interest in assisting me. At the end of our conversation, I respectfully told her that her attitude and the way she was treating customers were not appropriate for someone working in customer service. Her only response was, "Well, I'm sorry you feel that way," said in a dismissive and indifferent tone, without any genuine concern or attempt to address the situation. I believe the front desk staff represents the company, and every customer deserves to be treated with courtesy, respect, and professionalism. This experience left me with a very negative impression of your company. I hope this complaint is taken seriously and that appropriate steps are taken to improve the quality of customer service for future customers.

We were model tenants and paid $36,000 in total for the year we lived there. we handled a majority of our own maintenance work because they were awful about responding in a time manner. we left the house looking better than when we moved in and she's still trying to keep $715 out of our deposit! Even after reaching out, return calls were non-existent and after months of waiting I was told that I no longer fit the criteria to be eligible for rent. They told me I could pay 6 months in advance to move in, or I wouldn't qualify anymore. This is all after I had already been approved. Ridiculous company that I would not recommend anyone go through. We waited 5 minutes and I sent her in looking for the same thing 3 bedrooms 2 bathroom in my price range. Not only did they give her application but they gave her keys to go inside and look at all four properties. They just told me NO. They are a racist company and I have ok credit Score is 750. They understand human circumstances, have compassion and are always professional and responsive. I can honestly say, without hesitation, they are THE BEST rental/property management company I have EVER rented with. Initially they were very responsive to my concerns, but after sending pictures of the dying and horribly chopped trees and plants, they no longer responded. The landscaping was ignored for several weeks, then resumed with no improvement. There in ONE employee who is responsible for all of the landscaping in a 300+ retirement community. He has had no training in the proper care of trees, shrubs, roses, rhodedendrons, azaleas, perennials, etc. The arborvitae that borders my building are diseased and dying. It's very unsightly.
