Since you can pay to go to just one or all of the attractions, this seems fair. I'll base this review solely on my experience with The Crypt. The Crypt has nice props and F/X throughout and that's really about it. No scare factors for us hardcore Halloween & horror fans, and no thrills. It was kind of just like, oh wee... Look at the cool display. That's it. If you an 8 year old kid, or just an easily frightened person, you'll love it. However, if you're on a budget (or time schedule) and can't afford to do all of the attractions, so you're wondering which of the 3 you should pick, choose this one; it is by far the best of the 3. Located in the Fiesta Mall parking lot (which is typically a dead giveaway for impending lameness), right off of US-60 and Alma School Rd. Plenty of free parking. Go to their website for a $3 off coupon. Even if you have a Groupon, you must stand in the ticket line to get a physical ticket.

Parking was also an extra cost, but I think if you bought your parking online it was a little bit cheaper. There was a Fear Farm merch tent and a few other tents selling food and drinks. Since we came on Wednesday, I'd say the lines weren't as bad as it may have been on the weekend. However, there were definitely a lot of missed opportunities for jump scares. While everyone in our group did get scared at least once, I thought it would be more scarier. Some of the themes were better than others. I don't think I would come back to this one. There are other haunted places to check out in the valley. I will say that the music they had playing throughout the park that evening was awesome. To get in is $20 each which to me, is a little pricey. There should be kid pricing in my opinion. Parking is ok. They did let a car in front of us hold the line up to wait for a car to leave but when we tried to do it, they made us move. Understandable but rules should be the same for everyone. Most staff was nice. On the way out, they asked about taking a family photo. We declined. My son was on the props I guess (it wasn't labeled and no one was there taking pictures) and one staff was like "this is where we take our pictures just so you know." That was interesting. Tricycles for big and small. All kinds of climbing things. Yard Games large legos, chess and a huge corn maze bring a flash light or use your phone. They do have reasonably priced food. They allow you to bring in drinks not sure about food. Years past we celebrated birthdays and they let us bring in ice chest. You may want to check for current rules. There is a farmers market at the entrance to buy pumpkins, jelly, honey.... We go on Thursday's less busy . They have a super cute petting zoo area. Bring quarters to get the food to feed the animals . Lots of J John's clean and well kept. With all the rain you may want to bring misquote spray. We didn't need it but it's rained again. It's well lit at night we go around 5 stay till closing. Even our grown up college kids ask when are we going to the farm. Hard to post pic without our family in them. Lots of tree house things for kids to crawl up and slide down. Great memories are created here. I highly recommend this farm. They have been best friends since kindergarten and now that they're fifth graders and fancy themselves "grown adult men" they wanted to try something spooky. At first, I was apprehensive (that's just the Mom in me!! ;)) but after checking it out beforehand I knew that they would be a little less scary around the kids. I even brought my older son, who was originally peeved at having to do "kids things", but after he went he told me he actually had a great time and is inviting his girlfriend, (who is the nicest little girl!!!). I will definitely be telling my girlfriends about this!
