I was in town for some personal business, and decided to co-work from here rather than my hotel. It…read morewas a great space for that. The location is in a convenient part of downtown Spokane, with plenty of easy parking and also pedestrian access to many hotels (I walked a half-mile from my hotel, which was no problem). The building is a really great older space. They have a big open space on the second floor, full of natural light, exposed bricks, high ceilings, etc. It has a really nice "loft" vibe. The energy of the place on the Friday I was there was perfect. Light music (not too loud, but just enough). People in private offices and booths made the place feel active and busy, but the space is large enough that I wasn't distracted. There were three of us in the hot-desk co-working area when I was there, though there is room for probably 20 or 30, so we all had plenty of space to ourselves. The kitchen was clean, and well-stocked. The coffee was hot, and decent. There is also a coffee shop in the lobby of the building. I made a small mistake when I booked the reservation, and they were quick to correct it for me. The staff person who checked me in was friendly and got me everything I needed. And, the price was very competitive. I've co-worked at WeWork and several other local places over the years, and this was certainly one of the better places I've visited for hot-desk access -- and at a competitive price. Give it a shot. I bet you'll enjoy it!

Less than a half-hour remaining before I'm supposed to give a presentation to the whole company. FML. Found Fellow via search on my phone, drove over, and due to the smart/well designed setup process, was able to get a day pass and log in to wifi with time to spare and with no human interaction required. Just walk in, purchase pass, and go. (I like me some human interaction, and their humans are excellent at interactions. Did that later in the day; just didn't have time to spare before the meeting, so I super appreciate how smart their setup is.)

It was nice to join a hip looking coworking space where the coworkers are very friendly. I like that Startup Spokane is sponsored by the business council, which shows Spokane is really thinking ahead. It's great having my monthly dues support an organization that supports small businesses and entrepreneurs. As part of this sponsorship there are many talks and presentations aimed at growing startups. I've found the members are also very supportive of other business and startup efforts; it's a good place to find someone to bounce your thoughts off or who might know a resource you could use. I work remotely for a very traditional enterprise, but I love what a positive break in the routine it provides a couple days a week. The location has some homeless or impaired people walking around, but I've never found them aggressive. They're pretty much in their own world and there is always nearby parking as well as a door with personal access codes if you are concerned. Don't let that dissuade you from a great coworking spot with a supportive community at a very good price.

I sent a contact request form asking for more info about their office rental spaces, since I…read morecouldn't find any information about pricing on their website. I work from home and am on the phones all day. Calling me during business hours doesn't work for me, and I assumed they would email me. They processed to call me three times in the same day, and when I blocked their number, they CALLED ME FROM A DIFFERENT NUMBER. This is not acceptable. I am no longer interested in renting space from your company. I understand one call, then sending a follow-up email, but this is not what happened. Furthermore, they don't accept outside email replies, so I can't even email them to ask questions! Ridiculous.

I worked is this building for a very long time. People were always nice. This Chesed character that…read moresays he was harassed by Jordenn is complete BS. Jordenn had to get a restraining against him because he would stalk her our and do extremely creepy things. As soon as her restraining was lifted this went to her house sitting out side just watching her. This guy is a delusional predator. According to Jordenn just because she was nice to him he somehow turned that into him being obsessed and in love with her. He had all kinds of cases against him for this and even went to jail. The manager of Regus has an audio file of Chesed threaten to shoot and kill people over this girl. I hope he is locked up somewhere because this guy is a lunatic. https://www.khq.com/news/suspects-in-downtown-shooting-threats-north-spokane-hit-and-run-make-first-appearances-in-court/article_accb5ad4-eee7-11e9-bf22-6b3091347353.html
