They say their food "takes time" because it is "creative" and what not, but let me tell you, I work at a juice bar down in Aventura where we make acai bowls. Our acai bowls look twice as better as these and take an eighth of the time. Although their food is great, the amount of time it takes to make a simple small acai bowl completely ruins the experience and makes you never want to return. I have been here multiple times and there has not been one instance that I have received my food in under twenty minutes. The mistake I make is returning, and now I will no longer return. Today, I placed an uber eats order at 3:45. It is currently 5:12 as I write this review and uber eats still says "preparing your order," meaning the food still is not ready. Since I have not been designated a driver because the food STILL isn't ready, I had to contact utopia. Susy picks up the phone and proceeds to tell me that the driver is there when I HAVE no driver. Lie after lie. My phone currently reads slight delay but I would have to say that a one hour and a half delay is longer than a "slight" one. In the end, they deserve one star because they have no sense of customer service and take an absurd amount of time to do one simple task. read more

I love the açaí here but the customer service is not good. Don't come here if you are in a rush or need to pick something up on time because it will never be. The food is excellent though. The service just needs to be faster. read more

This place was delicious. Highly recommend. I have been to other juice bars and wasn't happy with the taste. With this place it doesn't even taste like you are drinking a healthy smoothies. I really hate to write this review but unfortunately today was my last day visiting Utopia. I just drove 20 minutes to get my usual Sunday morning Açaí bowl & I just walked out super annoyed and without my bowl. This is coming from a very loyal customer who has visited this place AT LEAST 4 TIMES A WEEK!! Spending $12-15 each visit!! As a consistent customer I've grown to be patient and understand that there food is made fresh & takes time to make but it seems as if once they see that your loyal and willing to wait they take even longer!!! I stared ordering my food ahead of time thinking this would help but it does not! When you get there you still have to wait in line for 10-15 minutes just to pay for your call ahead order. Unfortunately my time is too valuable to keep being disrespected by this place. INVEST IN A SECOND CASH REGISTER AND FIND A BETTER WAY TO TAKE CARE OF YOUR CALL AHEAD ORDERS! No reason we should have to wait in line for 15 minutes while people look at the menu & decide what they want if I've already called my order in and it's ready to pick up. The coconut Thai soup was seriously delicious and so was the French pressed coffee. Everything was served like a beautiful work of art. The staff was so friendly. There were a lot of healthy options. The soup was slightly hard to eat and they could cut up the veggies smaller to fix this. Will return but probably only occasionally due to the price. read more

I came across this place on ubereats and not only enjoyed the açaí bowls; but the personalized sticky note they would staple to the bag every time. When I finally went to the store in person I was blown away. The owner Susie (who is the sweetest and most knowledge health expert) makes so many of her own ingredients like almond butter. The kombucha taps are so innovative and I like that they give you a reusable glass bottle for any juice drinks. Plus, it's one of the few places in the area I can find the Rise Cold Brew Oat Milk drink. I wish I could give this place more than 5 stars!! read more

This place is awful!!! I am a big fan of açaí bowls and decided to try this place out. The man who I believe was the chef was very nice and personable, however, it took them 35 minutes to prepare an açaí bowl. Now if the restaurant was busy I would understand but they only had two other customers. I ordered a medium because I wasn't that hungry but once I received my bowl I figured they had given me the smallest size, I was wrong. This bowl fit in the palm of my hand and I paid $13 for it. Then came the taste test. The "very nutty" bowl looked nothing like the pictures online and the taste would've been up to par with $4 açaí bowl. If Yelp would allow me to give this juice bar/cafe 10 stars I would! Many commendations are deserved to the expertise of the tandem of Suzy and Chef Jonny DeBones. Suzy knows everything there is to know about, Acai, the juice world, and it's health benefits. Her acai bowls are, by far, the best in the area, and my oh my, if you have not been to this place to try it's Vegan food offerings you are in for perhaps one of the best culinary experiences! At least it was for me. My first experience of Chef Johnny's creations was the Johnny Tuna on Avocado, and from that point on, I and many others, have been loyal fans. Chef Johnny's food is a collision of savory vegan food and incredible food art. If you are not a Vegan, and I am not at the moment, you wouldn't miss the meat. For example, i recently ordered the "World Series Champion Chef Johnny Fenway Sausage and Peppers on a Toasted Bun", to be honest, it was one of the best tasting sausages I have ever had!
