BHC is a very well run, responsive, personable, respectful, and conscientious business. They come when they say they will, do only what's needed, and provide fair value for their services. The workers are straight forward in their explanations, taking photo evidence of the roofing conditions to share with the home owner. They discuss what needs to be done right away and explain the options available, which is good to have if working with a budget. They follow up with reminders if the roof is coming due for maintainence which is a nice service. Outta sight, outta mind is human nature, so i appreciate the reminders for recoats, etc. The roof is not something to leave to chance, especially with the crazy weather experienced lately ( strong winds, hail, torrential rainfall, etc). It was the exact area that i had seen water pouring over in the previous rain storm but I had not mentioned it to him. The cause was the old bent gutters. He removed the old bent gutter guards which I could see were in bad shape. Replacement was offered but I declined at that time. I will have them replaced at a later date.
