Did not use deck for a few weeks because of being away on vacation. When we id use it on return I noticed areas tha were not as completed as other parts. My mother had Greg come for an estimate to power wash her patio. When she questioned whether the sand between the bricks would need to be replaced he became very short tempered, cancelled her job and kept her deposit. When I called to question his behavior he sent me a picture of the torn up check. We discovered that he did in fact deposit the check. He is rude, impatient and dishonest.

The owner then left the country and sent his father to do the work. Afterward, I received a call from a third party claiming to be the contractor, threatening to remove the scupper unless payment was made immediately -- completely unacceptable and alarming. The repair failed. I still have active water intrusion, and it has caused interior damage to my home. This company showed a serious lack of professionalism, oversight, and accountability. The workmanship did not resolve the problem, and the billing tactics were concerning. Homeowners - proceed with extreme caution! Verify who is performing the work, how payments are handled, and whether the company is operating to proper standards. ----------------------------- Your response contains multiple inaccuracies ... First, your claim that you "tried calling me multiple times" is false. You never called me. I have no missed calls, voicemails, or call logs from you after the work. What I do have is a saved voicemail left on 4/11/25, immediately after the work was performed. Second, your statement about nonpayment is also false. I paid a deposit on 4/04/25 and made final payment on 4/18/25. Both payments were made by credit card, and I have full documentation proving this. At no point was payment withheld "for over a month," and suggesting otherwise is simply untrue. Third, the call threatening to remove the scupper came from a third party claiming to be associated with you, and it occurred after the work was completed and while payment had already been made. Regardless of how you now characterize it, that call was inappropriate and alarming, and it happened under your company's name. Finally, the scupper installation you recommended did not resolve the leak. I continue to have water intrusion, and it has caused interior damage. Shifting blame to "the rest of the roof" does not change the fact that the specific repair you proposed and performed failed to correct the issue it was meant to fix. I am stating verifiable facts, supported by payment records and saved voicemail evidence. Any implication that I am misrepresenting events is incorrect. If you wish to discuss this further, it should begin with an acknowledgment of these facts.

Due to the Thanksgiving holiday approaching, we settled on December 3rd as the first day of work. Jose and his crew arrived on time. They were polite and transparent about the entire process. Jose asked to see the room so he could assess exactly what needed to be done. They were here for a solid 8 hours, and told us they'd return on Monday. We had some complications arise with our schedules, so I requested to have the work pushed back. Michelle and Jose were notified and were extremely accommodating. The crew came back today, Friday, for completion of the job and to add finishing touches. We are over the moon with the results! She was emailed directly by a woman affiliated with the company who requested payment via Venmo. After the payment was sent--using the exact information provided in that email--the same person denied ever sharing a Venmo account and claimed they never received anything. We contacted the police immediately, and after reviewing the evidence, they confirmed this situation is highly suspicious and likely fraudulent. A formal investigation is underway. This business is not trustworthy. Save yourself the stress, money, and legal hassle--go anywhere else.

They came out and gave me an estimate for cleaning the gutters and replacing one joint. I…read morespecifically asked for cages to be placed over the downspouts to prevent debris from going down and was told they would be. The estimate was more than expected, but everything is these days, so I said sure let's go ahead. They said it would be two weeks, but it was closer to four. When they were done, they had neglected to put the cages over the downspouts. When I called them and told them this, they said they had forgotten to put that in the estimate and it would be $100 more for them to come out and install the cages. I was not happy about that because I had asked for it to be included and was told it would be included. The guy said he understood and would see if he could give me a better price. Now I got the new estimate and it's $150, for something that was supposed to have been included in the original estimate. Not good.
