I reached out to Clare V. customer service and Brianne replied that they needed proof of purchase before they would repair the item. I explained it was a gift and since it had been a few months my husband no longer had receipt or email confirmation. She said that was policy and that they could not service the item without proof of purchase. The item still has tags attached. I am extremely dissatisfied with the response from customer service considering the item was never used and is brand new yet they refuse to repair it. I will no longer be a customer at Clare V. due to the poor customer service and lack of appreciation for repeat customers!
