One running it's engine I assume to keep its AC on (did I mention it was triple digits?). Inside there were a few tshirts and cozies. I get it since the Beaver monicker makes for a memorable name. The wine selection pretty limited but in fairness they were one of the few liquor places within several miles and I suspect they were trying to keep inventory minimal. We ended up not getting anything. Just didn't see anything that worked for us. I don't quite understand the 5 stars. I did not have a chance to meet the owner and I see most of the reviews were from years ago. If I were to offer any feedback I'd say the business looks tired. It has been a hellacious few years. I wish any small business well.

We went in casually and somehow scored big on sweets, which honestly feels like the correct outcome. Nothing fancy, just warm vibes, good treats, and zero regrets. Would absolutely stop again, probably for more sugar.

They even gave us a whole bag of ice for a small injury. Our waiter was the absolute best, bringing all the energy and made us fell so comfortable. The vibes here were perfect, with a pool table right in the center. It did feel a little empty, though, with the tables all on the sides and a big empty space. The bathrooms were nice and clean with sinks outside. It isn't a vast menu, so we were able to try a little bit of everything. The portions are a good size, so be careful if you are sharing, as we may have slightly overordered. The Santa Fe Salad is a great portion, even without chicken, surprising for salad we even took some home. It was completely packed and flavorful. We also got the Mac N Cheese, nothing special. The real show was with the meats. We got a full rack, and they were delicious. Nice and juicy and easy to eat. We asked for extra BBQ sauce, and it was great. This was definitely my favorite, followed by the Smoked Brisket Sandwich. This was packed to the brim, and dipped in the BBQ sauce really made it. We also got the ribeye steak; this wasn't too fat, if anything, more on the thin side. This and the ribs came with a roll and baked potato. For dessert the cherry pie was so good, it was a little pricey for a piece of pie I cannot lie but I still enjoyed.
