Was in town for a few days visiting family and Janece was flexible and worked her schedule around to be able to get me in twice for some very productive sessions and a great introduction to hypnotherapy. It was a very theropudic and relaxing and I was blown away with how emotionally involved she got in my session to really help me dig deep and find some answers to the roots of the noise and confusion behind many of my unhealthy and unproductive thought patterns.
