Fell asleep about 30 minutes in.. that's how you know it's relaxing, right?? She was always quick and happy to help when any issues arose. My therapist Jericho was truly interested and caring- I think would be hard in this field. He worked with me on specific issues and was very knowledgeable and professional. I felt like he became a quick friend. Both of them have periodically checked in with me many months after I was there- which is also something I think is rare. Overall, I felt a lot of support and friendship that went a long way in helping towards sobriety.
