I have been learning alot from her extensive ayurvedic and clinical knowledge, and it has been a pleasure so far working with her confident, calming and clear presence. My main issues have always stemmed from less than ideal gut health, and I'm excited about the treatment plan that Jaime has outlined for me after gathering hours of extensive information about my habits, feelings, patterns, symptoms, and physical traits. She has given me a wealth of information (including foods, herb combinations, things to avoid, etc) that I can use to improve my digestion and my chronic sinus problems and will help harmonize my constitution imbalances. We will continue to work together as I follow the healing plan, with check-ins and fine tuning. I saw Fallon for an Amba Body Movement class and I loved it sooo much that I decided to go to her…read moresecond one. Amba felt like a strong female form of guided body expression that allows the old holding patterns to free up. AAAAwwwww yes!!! Each class was a little bit different but with a similar flow. She knows the body and the anatomy of movement in a way that tapped me into areas I was not aware of. Afterward, I was energized but extremely relaxed and balanced on my feet. This movement class had every part that I needed to reconnect to my movement and open parts of my body that are sluggish. The facility was beautiful and calming. Fallon had control over the music and consciously had a certain set depending on the movement speed. I absolutely would recommend you join no matter if you are a beginner or advanced abilities to try Fallon and her class. She reaches everyone at their level and will deepen the experience for you. What a gem to have a gifted and experienced healer as part of the Salt Lake City community. She also provides card readings, massage therapy (which I've had many people recommend her!), movement therapy and nutritional support. Currently, you can find her at many different healing centers but her practice is blooming! Her class was in an Apothecary center and her massage has been inside HerMedic Therapeutics.
