Yelp Review 2026 #105:…read more Very many restaurants were closed for the season in St. Moritz. I had Riccardo's bookmarked. It's an easy 8-minute bus ride from the train station to here. Riccardo's has only 3 locations in Switzerland: St. Moritz, Pontresina, and Sils. We came here twice in one day and basically had breakfast, lunch and dinner. We came here close to 11am ready for lunch but apparently, the kitchen doesn't open until 11:30am. So, breakfast it is. For breakfast, they only had pastries, coffee, lattes, hot chocolate, and alcohol. The pastry and hot chocolate were pretty good. When the kitchen finally opened, we got a pizza. They gave us a basket of bread while waiting for the food. The Ricardo Pizza: Mozzarella, Pecorino Romano DOP, fried cooked ham EXCLUSIVE: Edges filled with ricotta cheese and salami Milano. The crust was golden brown and it's stuffed with ricotta so you had to eat it! I ate too much bread that I couldn't finish this pizza. If you're ordering this pizza, I suggest getting something with red sauce to cut the richness of this pizza. It was cheese on cheese on cheese - not that that's a bad thing but I could only eat 2 slices of it. 3.5/5 Fiori di Zucca​: Fried zucchini blossoms filled with mozzarella, anchovies, breaded​. A filling appetizer. The anchovies weren't overpowering. 4/5 Meatballs al Forno​: Homemade meatballs in tomato sauce​. Served with a piece of crusty bread with olive oil. I needed meat so, this was the perfect appetizer. Tagliolini al Tartufo​: Pasta with truffle sauce and fresh black truffles​. THIS was a warm hug on a plate. I was getting full but I couldn't get enough of this pasta dish. Super simple with only a few ingredients but oh-so delicious! 5/5 Tonnarelli Cacio & Pepe​ Tonnarelli pasta in a full-bodied cheese and pepper sauce​. I forgot to take picture of this dish. I was too focused on the black truffles on the Tagliolini. The server warned us that the cheese they use is quite strong. I think it meant sharp and pungent but it fine. 4.5/5 The morning server was there because he needed something to do. Service was better with our server in the evening - attentive and polite.
