I opened a PO Box here, then found out I didn't need it because of my move. I opened it at as they were closing and was there as they were opening the very next morning when I realized I didn't need it. Less than 24 hours later, they took half of my money (for a year PO BOX and less than 24 hours).... and made the decision that I wasn't entitled to at least 75% but just 50%. What is the math here? I asked for a manager to explain it. He had to remove his earbuds to hear my whole question as I repeated myself and then shrugged his shoulders to indicate he didn't know why. Poor management! Today the 27th of Feb I again called the main office and another told me that someone from NY post office should be contacting me in a few days because their system shows the package was undeliverable "no such address" hmmm how could that be when that is the correct address and the lady at the counter had wrote it herself! and why has the package not been returned to sender??? Again I asked for refund based on the guarantee... the agent told me that they did attempt delivery before 9am and it was no known address and therefore basically no refund. This is just poor customer service to say the least. The manager at this location is worthless!!! I wonder how many people they have scammed and took their money and lost packages. I sent my daughter her contacts because she has bad vision and had run out and she did not have money to buy them. Her prescription was expiring and I placed an order through Costco. I sent the package from Miami to Tampa, the package arrived to the post office in Tampa. I paid to track the package. The package did arrive and the post office in Hillsborough lost it and put it in the wrong mailbox. They lost my daughters contacts and now my daughter doesn't have the contacts. If it would of been for their daughter, would they have lost it. read more

Every piece of mail sent from any Tampa post office staying in State takes 3 or more days. I would expect it faster in the 1800's when delivered by horse. Terrible postal system in Tampa. I live 20 mins away and receive stuff from New Jersey before this shithole. read more

I went in to get a letter certified, i walk in and the place is dirty and 2 people working. The line went all the way to the front door. Once i get to the counter the lady asked what i needed so i went ahead and told her. She was very rude and said step out of the line and fill the paper out, usually they let you fill the address there. To be nice i kept my mouth shut and i stepped out of the line and went and filled out the address got back in line and waited about 10 minutes to finally hand my letter in... Another lady took me in asked what I needed and stopped talking cashed me out and didn't say have a good day or anything and slammed my receipt on the counter. read more

Have a new carrier, mail going into the wrong boxes. Seen a new carrier today10/26/18 with a supervisor told him what was happening we are working on it the regular new carrier is a little over whelmed with the load of mail. Told the supervisor that the out going has not been picked up and the box it full this has been for about a week. Guess what they did not taken any of the outgoing mail again today. Wish I had my old carrier back. Wonder if they are going to pay any of the late fees that some of this resident might get for being late on payments. The line moved quickly and all of the employees were pleasant in their interactions with customers (on the afternoon of Dec. 20th no less!). This location has lost two of my packages in the last 6 months. The first one was inconvenient but since it was ordered through a national company, the company just sent me another order. The second package was valuable jewelry for my wedding bought through a private seller on Etsy. After the initial missed delivery attempt, I filled out a redelivery form online for two days later and it never arrived and the online tracking for it has stalled. Shannon, the man I spoke with at this location, repeatedly said "there's nothing I can do for you". No accountability, no apologies, minimal effort to rectify this.
