I finally call the post office in Miamisburg and spoke to a lady by the name of Sonia (found out later she is lead clerk) and she is absolutely amazing! She was polite, understanding, and went above and beyond! It is a great feeling to know there are still people like her out there! I give her 10 stars! It felt like I was running a dead end at every turn, but the entire time she stayed positive and encouraged me to stay positive too. In the end she managed to do what was needed and was amazing the entire time. 1 hour and 20 minutes later I was heading home smiling!

I had never shipped a package before so I had no knowledge you couldn't ship a computer through priority mail. So once we had everything set to go, she snarkily comes over and says that we'd have to buy a standard box in order to ship the computer, fine. The amazingly kind first worker I mentioned earlier brought us out a box someone else had already paid for and left behind because they didn't need it. Once I paid and left I quickly realized that I'd been scammed and wouldn't you know it, when I walked into the building there was Amy condescendingly speaking to an elderly woman, to which I told her to act with respect and she then rolled her eyes. I hope whoever goes to this post office never has to deal with Amy because she very clearly despises her job.

I have bought them here before and they always have to leave the counter and go get them. She refused to even go look....all I can say if a PO is out of envelopes that is a very very sorry state of the PO...also, she was not very nice and did not off to say when they would get any in ....she is terrible at this very simple job....selling stamps and envelopes...anyone could do this job. it just take taking care of the customer. one day......I hope we never have to use a PO again!
