Your mail is not getting delivered because there is a shortage of slave labor. Both Lincoln and Warsaw are micromanaged by insecure xx. As an RCA, you must buy a vehicle suitable to deliver mail on the right side. You will be given a month to buy. Expect to pay 10K or more for a vehicle with over 150K miles. That comes out of your pocket. USPS advertises $21.89/hour but don't be deceived. You are paid based on an evaluation of the route. In my example, it took me over ten hours to deliver mail and packages. The evaluation is 8.4 hours so I got paid 21.89 for 8.4 hour AND $0.00 FOR THE OTHER TWO+ hours and the 10+ hours is with no breaks or lunch. If you do the math, I got paid $2.00 above minimum wage but wait, it gets worse. You will get $90.00/day for milage but check with a mechanic. My mechanic says he does maintenance on several postal vehicles and the mileage does not cover the full cost of monthly maintenance. The problem is dirt and gravel "roads" that are in such poor condition it will destroy your suspension, ball joints, tie rods, struts, steering, tires, breaks, and transmission. That's what happened to my vehicle with only 70,000 miles on it. Crazy managers will threaten you, yell at you as if you are a child, and apply pressure to force you to work at a moments notice regardless if you're scheduled or not. If your car is in the shop, broke, not drivable their response is you must find a vehicle. You should have two vehicles, one as backup. Long story short, USPS cost you to work there and you're working for a net loss at minimum wage. You're better off flipping burgers where you get lunch and a guaranteed minimum wage. Although the treatment is not much better, you're treated better than a beaten and abused junk yard dog. I have worked 30 years in a professional setting and the post office is nothing like professional. It is like working at the docks, at a construction site or a high school gym. Kids just out of high school throwing out F bombs and management enjoying the belligerent language. The post office culture is very hostile and unprofessional. You are nothing but a slave to them, worthless peace of crap. As bad as that sounds, if you're Christian, it's ten times worse. These xx are controlled by evil spirits. Good luck. read more

I can have a package coming from California no problem till it hits Little Rock Post Office they may send it to Chicago or may hold it for 2 or 3 days before they ship it out I don't know what's wrong with them can't read or don't care but that has got to be the worst post office I have ever seen read more

My USPS order was marked delivered but never arrived. After filing a claim and being told I would be in contact with a case officer within one day, I was sent an email three days later asking me to rate the quality of the "resolution of my case." I am a young, tech-savvy person, and trying to wrangle the AI to get me to tell me anything about my case was a nightmare. After I finally got it to give me what I wanted, it simply told me that there were no additional details on my case file. I am now listening to the worst hold music of my life so that I can talk to an actual human at the Post Office before I go there directly and ask to speak to the Postmaster if this issue is not resolved. I genuinely cannot believe the incompetence and unwillingness to help of these people, and I hope everyone there is fired swiftly. read more

Online post office website advertises open until 6pm. Typical rude post office employee turned me away just a few minutes ago 7/15/2019 at 530pm. Apparently the post office closes at 530pm. I asked if there was a vending machine to buy stamps. I was curtly told no. Closes at 530. I informed them that their website says 6pm. The man behind the desk continued to argue 530 and did not apologize or acknowledge the error on the usps website. Included is a screenshot of their online hours and the hours posted on the front door. Please observe. I walked to the post office in the rain and unfortunately I cannot see the different hours posted on the front door until I arrived, at closing time not as advertised online. USPS will eventually shutter because they are struggling part in thanks to their shi**y service and the stereotypical bad customer service with long lines in thwill not be missed when it does. Great place right in the heart of downtown Little Rock and just a chip shop away from the President Bill Clinton Library. Counter service has always been polite here, but not always the case at most Post Offices. Service so nice...Heck, I sometimes bring my home mail from Memphis to just drop in the box here. read more
