Had to wait a while to send a package to Nevada and Idaho. This a far away post office from my home because the one at my home has for some reason was unable to accept cards. I expressed/priority shipped my sons milk to SC LAST WEEK Tuesday and the worker told me it would be to him FRIDAY!! Why is today Monday and the milk JUST got to SC and to make things worst it won't even be delivered today EITHER!! I am BEYOND upset! Will never ship ANYTHING through a post office again! MIRIAM IS THE BEST! We needed to mail four boxes to my brother in law who's stationed outside of the US. It was our first time mailing anything internationally and it was confusing (and we wanted to make sure his Christmas presents arrived!). Miriam was so patient and helpful! I went to this post office on Dec 7th, with 4 boxes of cookies to mail to different loved ones. 2 in Ky, 1 in CA, and 1 in IN, 3 have made it, 1 to KY, the other one to Louisville, to my daughter has STILL NOT MADE IT and it keeps telling me it's in transit. I called a week before Christmas to see what was up, they give me a service rep number, and STILL in transit somewhere God knows where cause they're sure not telling me a damn thing. This is totally ridiculous after me paying $12.90 for a small box of homemade cookies that will now probably be stale by the time it EVER GETS THERE. read more

The mail carriers have no attention to detail whatsoever or just don't care. I consistently get my mail delivered to the wrong address even though I have informed delivery and it says it was delivered. I have even written inquiries and even though Benjamin Rapp says it has been resolved, I still haven't gotten the missing package and have had another package"disappear". And it always seems to happen when I get packages on Wednesday when a certain mail carrier(Christian) is working the route. It would be nice to tell yall not to use them but unfortunately we have no choice due to where we live. I have literally had to search the neighborhood and pull up on the mail carrier like I'm doing a drive by just to tell him he delivered my package to the wrong address. I can't sit home all day and chase this dude down all the time. We need to get all the people together that's been affected by this and do something. read more

When I expect packages through USPS I typically don't have a problem.. but today I recieved a package I was expecting and was big enough for the box compartments at the bottom, but instead was crammed, pushed and shoved in our normal mail slot.. it was DEFINITELY too big for the normal mail slot and had a difficult time trying to get it out along with other mail that was extremely bent inside with it, I may understand that there might not have been a compartment available but if that was the case my house is literally 10 yards away and could've been delivered to the front door... I am in disbelief that the mail man was so careless of the package as if he didn't wanna bother putting it in the package compartment or just plain LAZY to bring it to my front door... read more

I wish I could review this with a minus (-). My home office faces the front of the house and has a window. I've been expecting two packages to be deliver and I was excited to see the mail truck stoping by the front of the house. I was finishing typing a word on my computer to get up and open the door to receive my package. When I looked up again the USPS car was gone. I thought it was fast for the person to leave the package by the door and get back to the car and pull away. To my surprise, disappointment and anger there was no package by the door, nor a note or anything. I believe the person did not even attempt to deliver my package. read more

Was suppose to have a package delivered. Got a text stating it was delivered. Checked mailbox, NOTHING. GUESS it got stolen out of a multiple box that only the carrier can get into. I went down to check my box when Macy's texted me it had been delivered. Opened my box with key, and NOTHING there. Wonder who Stoll it? Tryed calling, but no one answered. First time at this location. Decided to try it out even though it's farther away from my house.... not a good decision. Only one person working, was 4th in line and it appears the customer at the counter was mailing stuff all around the world because she was there nearly 30 minutes before a second employee came out to open another register. The line grew increasingly fast and the employees did not increase their speed whatsoever. I am pro senior citizens employment. I am also very patient in circumstances. Was I in a rush today? No but when the line is starting to extend near the entrance common sense would be to pick up the pace a little..... I'm just saying... read more

I have tried for months to call them and they don't pick up the phones. The two times they did pick up I was hung up on! Also it has taken them over 2 months for my change of address to go through. Still waiting! read more

The postal people that work here are great! It gets pretty crowded in the afternoon, so don't come to close near closing. Or you will be in line for a while. Other than that, this is a wonderful post office to do mailing business at! read more
