This office is convenient to many if not most of the major shopping areas in town and also close to…read moremany of the residential areas. The staff is friendly and helpful and they are always good to speaks we see them often enough that we get to know them and we appreciate that level of service. The boxes are accessible 24/7 as are the additional mailing services (after hours parcel post and stamp access, etc). This is an office where passport applications are processed. It is a convenient and centrally located facility where we do most of our postal business.

Instead of offering to ask around and find out if my mail was still there since they don't open Saturday or Sunday which is the due date for delivery. They tell me to call sender and update them on address. This normally isn't a problem because they tend to at least Try to see if my mail is still there. This time was a no.
