I tried calling the USPS office on Dickson Street, Fayetteville, AR, 479-442-8286, numerous times during your hours of operation, and no one answered. After 2-3 minutes of ringing, the phone would disconnect. I also called the 1-800 number associated with USPS, 1800-275-8777, & I was informed that there would be a 55-minute wait period. To improve, I would suggest that an operator answer the phone during the hours of operation. read more

I previously lived 2 hours from Fayetteville and would see packages sitting here a few days before they shipped out. have a package supposed to be here today. it came from Kansas City to Fayettevill, then sent to Little Rock, then sent to Springdale where I live. no wonder USPS is always broke. read more

Not sure why they list a phone number, they will NOT answer. One attempt to deliver mail and they give a final notice to return mail to sender. Truly awful service. Too bad there's not a way to be transferred into another USPS delivery zone. Two thumbs down read more

Never met more incompetent workers. My package was supposed to be delivered and never was. I got a notification that said delivery was attempted, but it never was. I have ring cameras at the front and back of my house, and no one ever attempted to deliver ANYTHING. furthermore, they took my package to somewhere that was CLOSED on the day that I needed it. There's a self service kiosk directly inside the entrance. Can mail envelopes and fat rate boxes without talking to anyone. Worked well.

Marked a package as delivered but it's not in my mailbox or on my porch. Tried to call a bunch of times and it rings for a few minutes and then hangs up. Horrible post office. read more

USps consistently damages packages, just pay more for a nicer service. (UPS or FEDEX)

The staff is always friendly and attentive, takes special care to help you in any unusual case. They get busy as it's right downtown but it's a post office, that's how it goes. read more

Don't try calling the location, you'll never reach an actual person. Rings for about six minutes then hangs up on you. Had a title with keys for a vehicle that was sold, paid to have it two day delivery and didn't show up for almost 4 weeks. Talked to the manager, and he apologized that it was still sitting there waiting to be mailed. Refunded the money for two day mailing, but the expected ETA was still four days later. Basically, I haven't been able to drive my car for almost 4 weeks... Pathetic read more

This location is always so friendly. The line was so long but he customer service that I observed while waiting was great! They were friendly, quick, and helped answer questions. I have been in many post offices throughout the US, mainly because I ship purchases home rather than drag them through an airport. This post office is in my hometown but that is not the only reason I think it is an excellent one. Every single customer is given all the time he or she expects, and yet the line goes quickly; you can watch the clock that faces the line. I have seen the workers remain polite while dealing with some real jerks! The building is old and maybe too small for the city now, but I like it. read more

Only thing good about this place is the location. Don't try and go on your lunch break cause there's always a long, slow moving line. ...which is pretty much standard. Thankfully there are windows so you can at least see the pace of normal life. read more

This post office is ABYSMAL. I have had many problems with respect to mail delivery. I have had mail mis-delivered more than 5 times in the last 5 months alone. I have had my mail turned off without notice by the "carrier". I have had my mail left on the ground and not in the box, I have had the snarkiest reply from carriers when they do bring mail to the door step. I had mail delivered several doors down. And to top it all off, the wonderful lady there who "handles" complaints does nothing to resolve the issue, but on EVERY complaint I've made she has made it her mission to make me out the bad guy. I'm sick and tired of this horrible post office's reply to customer complaints, and their continued horrible carrier cover ups and shoddy delivery. I've launched USPS IG complaints and local complaints and all I get are "so he missed a single drop" or "in light of everything going on" excuse after excuse, but never fixed. Lame post office, lame lady who covers for substandard service. USPS would be out of business if they had competition. read more
