I filled out a stop mail card while we were on vacation and noted I would pick up when we got back. I also have informed delivery and when we returned home we discovered ALL of our mail in our mailbox. What's the point if they are going to deliver it anyway? One of the worst and most unprofessional USPS I've ever had to go through. If they lose your package, they won't get back to you even if you've filed a claim every week. In fact, they'll never reach out to you, close your claim, then send you an email for "feedback" based off of how they handled your claim. They won't take any responsibility even though they will constantly lose your packages. After several claims, they'll respond 5 weeks later that they've lost your package and can't do anything about it. Don't do business here. read more

This place would benefit to operate in a bigger location. Long lines are normal but there always fairly quick.

They do not answer the phone AT ALL and close your claim when it is NOT resolved. Good luck if your package goes through here and is lost.

This USPS Bentonville, Arkansas location is the finest Post Office I've used in my lifetime. I've lived in major cities in The South, MidWest, and central USA. in my business, I am there nearly daily because they are so personable and ready to serve my postal needs. Bentonville has nearly doubled its population in 3 years. This Post Office has highly knowledgeable and trained employees, with all of them very friendly and helpful. Their supplies are always well stocked and it is a very clean and well lit facility. Where other towns and cities are closing down their Post Offices, this location booms with business. Clean, modern post office with reasonable access for parking and drive-up mail boxes. Inside, a large number of post office boxes of assorted sizes in an open area that isn't crowded or bunched up. Well lit. Automated post machine for stamps if the line is too long for a clerk. It's rare, but it happens. I came here a lot when I was selling tons of stuff on eBay and the clerks are great at remembering your name and are very helpful with finding the least expensive and best value for your shipping dollar. read more

HORRIBLE. We spend over $70,000 a year with usps with my business and they have smashed countless items that are insured and refuse to pay for them. It's been nearly a year on some items and I keep getting the run around from the post master general. Yesterday 12/16/2020 the mailman did not stop at our address or my neighbors on Chickasaw St.. I have no idea why. I thought we had 6 days a week service in Bentonville. I attempted to pick up a package that could not be delivered the day before. I received an email update on the item and upon asking the PO clerk I was made to feel like an idiot. He assured me that USPS doesn't give updates (which is obviously not true). Wouldn't give any other assistance. read more

I've been to this post office a few times, including today - Tax Day! Haha. Yes, I procrastinated to the last day. LOCATION/PARKING/WAIT: It is located off of Walton and right next to a shopping center, but they do not share parking lots. The post office has their own parking lot that is pretty big. All the times I've been here I haven't had to wait too long, even today on Tax day! They had multiple stations open just for taxes. CUSTOMER SERVICE: Customer service here has always been great here. Friendly and helpful. EFFICIENCY: This location seems to be very efficient. Also, I've never had any mail lost! Woohoo haha. Overall, a good post office! read more

Today I walked into the PO and there was no line!! I was buying Christmas stamps So I was happy when I walked up to the window but Daryl #18 was not in the mood. I asked him to see the choices of Christmas stamps and then it went down hill from there. He was rude telling me that there was only 1 choice. Every time I asked a question he was more direct and condescending to me. I called him out and he was shocked. I will never go to Daryl #18 window again. It will be worth the wait to stand in the PO line a little bit longer. read more

Service at this post office is fantastic and everyone is super friendly, but there always seems to be a line so a 5 min stop can turn into 15 min fairly quick. Today I had my kids and didn't feel like dealing with the line. Before leaving and opting to combe back another time I noticed a self service kiosk in the lobby. It was really easy and fast! After it printed out the sticker for my package I just brought it over to a window to drop off. No lines! And was able to quickly get in and out with the kids. Horrible service, as a local business we expect to have our mail picked up daily, I have to constantly call the post office asking why it wasn't picked up after sitting in the mail box for two days, now when I call the number the auto answer sends me to the operator only to get a busy signal and then disconnects. read more

Self service kiosk is ALWAYS broken. If it's fixed, it only lasts for a few min, then it malfunctions all over again. Tough for people who work & can't get there during their open hours. Please get a better machine. Staff is great otherwise. read more
