A lady was trying to send a package and o it spoke Spanish. The employee let her know she needed to go find someone who can translate for her. The employee told her she needed to go home and fill out a form that could be completed there. She could have given her a cheaper option to send her package just letting her know it would take an extra day. However she didn't. She acted like she was bothered and that we were taking up time and space although there was no one else in a rush. Customer service is detrimental to a business, kindness is free and the postal service needs people to utilize the services to stay afloat.
