He came out measured it an told her a price and she called around to get other bids and just told them the measurements he gave her. Everybody was higher than this guy so we decided to go with him. The guy never showed up it was his workers that did the work he said he would be there to do. Consequently they did a terrible job there is a huge discrepancy in the ground and ye bottom of the fence with as much as 9 inches of a gap in some places! They also put the gate on backwards so that it couldn't even be opened up. After they had finished I was just barley getting back in town and couldn't believe the quality of the work, and I hadn't even found out about all the things that were wrong! So I was curious to see if his measurements were right on and went out there and measured it myself and it was 20 feet less than what he had quoted us at! So I talked to him and he said that we agreed on that and so because we agreed he wasn't going to do anything! So he kept calling me and calling me until I paid him in full resentfully. Then came the uncovering of the terrible craftsmanship of his work! I called him and called him with no answer and no call back after leaving many messages even threatening litigation! Finally I contacted the bbb and after writing them they finally contacted him and he came out and said he would take care of it. Then after two weeks he finally sent his workers out here bad they fixed it but still left it in crappy condition! I will never recommend this company to any one ever if your reading this please let any one you know not to ever go with this guy!

Looks like new now. As the job was completed I was given Jeff's card I asked about the problem with our sprinkler system with multiple brown areas in our yard. As the Job proceeded it found multiple problems with the 25+ year old system. So very happy with the finish job- now the sprinkler are all working. Myself, and my 85 year old father pulled the carpet, removed the carpet pad, and moved one piece of furniture. We had two fans ourselves (one being industrial) that we put in the area, and then called Tobin. They came and supplied a dehumidifier and a couple of fans. Tobin stated that it would be around 900 dollars. Which seemed reasonable because we handled most of the hard items. The following week, the dollar amount was paid in full, and the fans were removed. My father then received a phone call stating that what was just part of the amount. They wanted $2200.00 more! They stated they have two separate departments. One that tears down and one that puts it back together. This is not agreed upon verbally. Then claiming there are two separate departments when this was NOT communicated upon arrival at the house. Their invoicing practice is fraudulent and dishonest. I will NEVER use them again for any business. I recommend ANYONE ELSE in Idaho Falls. Don't bother having the owner respond to this review. Update: Tobin's owner visited homeowner and reduced the bill.
