When I escalated this to the management, they refused to speak to me to address the situation. After many days of persistence, Hanuradha spoke to me once, and emailed me once that they can't do anything and they refuse to take liability. Basically saying too bad, and took no responsibility of the mishap, or fixing the issue. Then they just stopped responding altogether. I never got a refund, and I had to hire another accountant to fix their mess ups. They originally speak very politely but stop responding after taking your money and incorrectly filing WITHOUT permission. Don't go to this company regardless of a cheap price.

Once we had it straight we booked an appt; when i walked in he acted like this was the first time he'd heard I would be coming in, had no idea what my company name is (you'd think he would at least remind himself of his clients name before the meeting), told me I'd put the materials together improperly, and told me that he was far to busy to deal with my taxes for at least another month or two. Why he couldn't have told me all this before the appt escapes me. Also, I'd ask him a question, he'd go off on a tangent about how busy he is, and then say "what was the question?". His complete lack of attention to detail is alarming for someone charged with handling my corporate taxes! I had a bad impression of him on our first meeting last summer too, but overlooked it because he had been recommended by someone I knew (that no longer goes to him either!). He is good at answering emails, but beyond that, strikes me as incompetent. So, once i realized he couldn't even focus on a question, I put my stuff together and told him this wouldn't work out.
