Then when we found a deal on a phone in certain color, the seller act like that deal didn't exist and then started pressuring us to get a more expensive version of the phone... it was uncomfortable and she straight up said she makes commission off of this, just so unprofessional and predatory!

Took it to his store to be looked at, and indeed the screen was junk. The owner wasn't there and the guy running the place said my information was NOT in the computer. The place stunk like weed and he said what do you expect me to do? I can install a new screen for $250. I told him absolutely not! I also had a $50 screen protector put on another phone and that wasn't in the system either! Stay away from this criminal! He is stealing our money and using garbage components.
