A few weeks ago, I was in the store a few times. The first time Kathy helped me with purchasing a new phone. I had my previous one for over 5 years & was very worried about losing some of my things; she was very helpful & was able to put my worries at ease. Thank you, Kathy!! The second time Jackson was able to show me how to find all my 'notes' that I couldn't find-what a sigh of relief! He also helped me pick out the best outlet block for me.
