Unfortunately in order to do the necessary overrides to the system I had to be in the store I purchased my phone from, so I was sent to this location. At this location, my problems were dismissed without apology and it seemed as though I was the silly one to even suggest the manager do an override so I could get my 27 day old phone replaced (because of a manufacturer's mistake) in store instead of having to wait 4 days. Do yourself a favor if you want to be helped by someone who at least pretends to care: go to the East Manhattan location.

I was told to drive back and forth between US cellular and Sam's club in GI four times to make this happen, meanwhile this was apparently false hope, which wasted 8+ hours of my life by US cellular employees. US Cellular's rules and stipulations are so convoluted, it is absolutely draining and they always find a way to make you pay more. I would not recommend doing business at this store or at US cellular in general.
