After numerous phone calls to them, they finally said they opened it up and said the batteries are swollen. They told me it wasn't worth fixing and there would be no charge. I asked them to put it back together and I would be in today to pick it up. They will not return my computer to me without me signing their legal document releasing them of any and all wrongdoing, both past and future!!! And while I was there, they tried to scam another customer by overcharging them 18.5% more than the agreed upon price on a new computer! BUYER BEWARE!!!

I have been in twice in the last month and they were incredibly helpful (and friendly) and made me feel like I was a valued customer even though my visits were merely to have batteries installed in watches and to verify authenticity of a pendant I had bought elsewhere (no charge!) I also remember going into their store *years* ago with my mom and buying some of her beloved Fostoria American pieces. I had a problem a couple of years ago with another jewelry store in Salina who had damaged one of my watches by improperly placing a new battery in it, damaging the watch and then had the audacity to try to claim I had damaged it (they wouldn't do anything until I contacted the BBB and then, lo and behold, they decided to make things right.)
