The service representative, Amanda, came across as unprofessional, unfriendly, and unwilling to assist. Customer service should reflect professionalism, attentiveness, and respect, and unfortunately that was not my experience during this visit. Based on this interaction, I would rate the experience very poorly and hope management addresses the level of customer service being provided to customers.

moved to apartments in lynchburg and visited T-mobile store to sign up for internet service test…read moreperiod...took gateway device to setup but found the speed unacceptable and contacted T-Mobile online to terminate test period...T-Mobile sent me email with directions to end service and return gateway to local store or print return shipping label...returned gateway to local store and they printed receipt for gateway return...soon i began receiving warning emails to return gateway with provided label or will receive bill for the gateway...contacted T-mobile and explained return to store instead of shipping and provided them info from my receipt...but i kept getting emails telling me time running out for return and will charge me for gateway!!!!!!! CALLED ... EMAILED...VISITED EVERY TMOBILE STORE IN LYNCHBURG and told not to worry it takes a while for return to show up in paperwork...now checking my bank account daily for charge for gateway since my account was on autopay ... HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i have no idea what to do .... TMobile Corporate is totally incompetent and every Tmobile store employee is clueless.......
