Very poor customer service. Despite my dog being a service dog they still would not allow myself with her in the shop so ultimately I left. I hope these fellows take the time to do some research on medical, working service dogs as this is something that others may take legal action. That is not my intention, although I could , however I'm also aware that many do not know the laws regarding a medical service dog. She was wearing her service vest as well as having her paperwork in my bag. I'm guessing these guys don't like money as I went to another shop that was more than accommodating and glad to sell me the products that I was looking for. Gorilla Vapes is great. I travel a lot and get to swing into Vape Shops all over the country and most are fine and I have no complaints. I live in Forest and make it a habit to go to Gorilla Vapes before I leave on a work trip just because they are so welcoming, knowledgeable and always make a simple shopping transaction pleasant. read more

I believe the staff here isn't very knowledgeable on how service their customers. I'm not too familiar with the "vape terminology" and instead of being the subject matter expert they were very unhelpful in that regard. I have returned several times over the last few months because of defective equipment. Worst shopping experience in a long time. read more

Service quality is different each time I go in. Some days the service is good and others its poor and borderline disrespectful. The first time I visited, the two shop workers argued over who was going to help me. I felt as though I was a burden to them and they let me know it. Their products are good but their service is trash. I don't recommend this place to anybody. read more

Look. This was the worst shopping experience I've ever had. I went in with a specific flavor and asked the fat kid with the bull ring behind the counter if he had some GOOD suggestions, because I was tired of spending $20 on bad tasting harsh vape juice. He recommended Excision, by that stupid dubstep artist: this juice was so awful that I literally turned my car around and went back. He then recommended a salt nic juice. Well, I don't have a salt nic device. I went in wanting to spend $20 on some quality juice that I would enjoy, and because of this fat idiot I ended up spending $40 on TRASH juice. I get the no refunds policy because of the products they sell, but come on. When you tell someone that a certain juice is "amazing" and that you "love it" I think that's should qualify for a money back guarantee. Hire workers that care about making your customers happy, not ones that make a sale and get customers out of the door. Horrible knowledge and I'm never going back there again until I am rightfully compensated or refunded. Because trust me, I'm NEVER going to use this juice that your terrible clerk told me to buy. read more
