Food Lion needs to trust their managers. I spoke to the Manager and was informed that they do not have the ability to override the system to give people the discount advertised. I was told that every time it rains the system goes down and that I could always walk outside to see if I could get enough signal with my phone to download coupons. I decided that they could miss out on the $100 that I had loaded in my cart and left.

We actually finished hours before our estimated time (and under her estimated total!) Carissa is really so friendly and talented, and tries her best to make sure you're comfortable. She has snacks and drinks set up, as well as a really comfortable couch for taking naps on :) She'll do anything she can to help - during our initial consultation meeting, she altered my engagement dress on the fly (and only for $15!!)
