Food Lion needs to trust their managers. I spoke to the Manager and was informed that they do not have the ability to override the system to give people the discount advertised. I was told that every time it rains the system goes down and that I could always walk outside to see if I could get enough signal with my phone to download coupons. I decided that they could miss out on the $100 that I had loaded in my cart and left.

Thank goodness I was able to book my alterations with Carissa! She took this dress that I was not excited about at all and turned it back into the dress I fell in love with. I did a sew while you wait appointment with her since I was an out of town bride and it was well worth it! My mom and I stayed in her shop for about 6 hours one Friday a month or so before the wedding and she fit the dress to me, sewed, fit again, sewed, and fit again until it was perfect. It gave me such peace of mind seeing my dress transform in one day. Carissa also offers day-of services which I wish I had done. My husband stepped on my dress right after our first dance breaking 4 of 7 bussels. We had to saftey pin it back together and I wish Carissa would have been there to do a quick fix! Aside from my husband's misstep the dress was perfect all night long. If you need major alterations done Carissa is your seamstress!

Overall very subpar store, I will be switching to Walmart since the only other thing here is another worthless CVS. Here is the thing, I've been to many other ones that are excellent Richmond, Va., Virginia Beach, Va etc. This is just a localized problem in Bedford, Virginia.
