NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!!!! Not only are they overpriced and charge commission that are not earned…read more They hire staff that is NOT trained and makes dangerous errors when providing insurance quotes. We had to argue with them to make corrections when the quotes not only had the incorrect type of insurance, incorrect ownership name, wrong property sizes and mixed up mailing address. Basically they got nothing right and then wasted hours of our time trying to get things corrected. Then to make things worse they sent us a payment link which we followed their instructions to pay. Our payment was "lost" and they told us we should file a false fraud claim with our bank/credit card to get a refund and to make the payment again!!!! Save yourself and NEVER use this horrible company. They are NOT insurance experts. We had to keep following up with them and never even got an apology or compensation for our issues they caused.

From the owner: What Makes Agreement Insurance Different…read more We’re independent, but we’re intentional about who we work with. At Agreement Insurance, we wanted to build something that felt different from the typical insurance agency. Yes, we’re independent, which allows us to work with multiple insurance companies, but our focus is on giving our customers access to recognized, trusted brands and high-quality coverage options. But for us, insurance isn’t just about finding a policy. We take the time to educate our customers, explain what their coverage means, and help them understand their options before they make a decision. We want you to know what you’re paying for and why it matters. And then there’s Barkley. He’s our mascot and a big part of the personality behind Agreement Insurance. Insurance can already feel complicated and serious enough. Barkley helps us bring a little warmth and personality to the experience while still taking your protection seriously. Independent choice. Trusted brands. Real education. A little personality. That’s Agreement Insurance.

Since I refused to sign the waiver for the coverage that was not included and requested refund immediately after being presented said waiver, obviously the omitted coverage was not discussed prior to application. And I stand by my review and rating: whether that omission of coverage in the quote was intentional and deceptive or just due to a lack of insurance knowledge I won't further speculate. And by the way, five days later I STILL have no timeframe for reimbursement.

I came to Geico because adding my 16-year-old son was going to add almost $3,000 per year with my previous company. Now I'm saving money and once I add him, I'll barely pay more than what I was paying. Plus I switched my homeowners policy for another 50% savings there with an additional discount for bundling. Let me just say that any money you have in a subscriber's savings account is nothing compared to the savings I now have. Much better deal to be with Geico.
