I had an issue when my card was canceled due to fraud the night before my appointment, and she handled it with total understanding--helping me work through the payment process without stress or frustration. That kind of customer care sets the tone for a great experience. They even managed to schedule my service a day earlier than planned after confirming I'd be available. When Chad, the technician, arrived, his professionalism and honesty stood out immediately. He noticed that I had tried to fix the garage door arm myself, and what I really appreciated was that he passed no judgment--he just got right to work, corrected the issue, and made sure everything was functioning perfectly. Chad also reinforced a panel inside the garage door instead of suggesting a full replacement, which many companies might have tried to sell me on. That level of fairness and integrity is rare these days. The cost of the repair was very reasonable too--especially considering how expensive everything has gotten lately. It felt like a fair deal for both sides: I got honest, quality service, and the company still made a fair profit. Chad is exactly the kind of technician every company hopes to have--efficient, fast, clean, and extremely professional. He's the face of what makes this business great. I truly hope the company recognizes how valuable he is when it comes time for performance reviews or raises, because employees like him are the reason customers keep coming back. In today's economy, it's refreshing to find a company that's honest, fairly priced, and staffed with people who clearly care about doing things the right way. They've earned my full trust and future business.

Best bet for us was to get a new door because our old one was cracking in several places. We confirmed via text on Friday. Just a few hours later and he came back over, collected the deposit, and gave me an invoice. He said he already ordered our door before he came over and just had to pick it up. On Monday he and Adam showed up around 1pm and had our new door installed and running by 4pm. The new door is GREAT and has a 1 yr watrant Overall Primo has great communication, they are fast, friendly and affordable. Thank you so much Freeman and Adam, our new garage is beautiful. Note: I think the whole experience was very fast, but Freeman said if we had called earlier in the morning it probably could have even been done same day!
