He stopped by around 1 pm and gave us a quote and a brochure on the doors. He gave us a quote to just patch the door to get it working again and for an entirely new door with new weather stripping all around. Best bet for us was to get a new door because our old one was cracking in several places. We confirmed via text on Friday. Just a few hours later and he came back over, collected the deposit, and gave me an invoice. He said he already ordered our door before he came over and just had to pick it up. On Monday he and Adam showed up around 1pm and had our new door installed and running by 4pm. The new door is GREAT and has a 1 yr watrant Overall Primo has great communication, they are fast, friendly and affordable. Thank you so much Freeman and Adam, our new garage is beautiful. Note: I think the whole experience was very fast, but Freeman said if we had called earlier in the morning it probably could have even been done same day!

I had the pleasure of watching him work and his efficiency and attention to detail were incredible . He wouldn't pack up his tools until every single detail was perfect. I have been working with Dan for a dozen years or so as he serviced my existing garage door…read more Straight shooter, never a hard sell. Made necessary repairs and set realistic expectations for duration of repair or opener itself. The last time out 11/25, he said your opener (chain drive Sears Craftsman) is on its last leg and hopefully should last until after Christmas or the New year. Here we are almost 6/26 and it finally gave up the ghost. I called Dan. He scheduled me the next day and brought out a new opener and all the new fixings! He came on time, immediately went to work and had the work done in less than an hour (would have been quicker but I kept asking questions and telling stories-sorry Dan). Charged me the same price he quoted almost a year earlier and cleaned up and was gone! I hope not to need him again before he retires but if I do I can rest assured I'm doing business with a true, ethical businessman! Thank you!

Dan from Victory Garage Door Service did an outstanding job installing a new garage door opener…read morewith a keypad at my home. From start to finish, he was extremely friendly, professional, and efficient. He completed the installation quickly and made sure everything was working perfectly. Dan even took the time to lubricate all the rollers, which made a noticeable difference in how smoothly and quietly the door operates now. I was pleasantly surprised by how affordable his pricing was--far more reasonable than I expected and significantly less than what big-box stores like Home Depot or Lowe's charge. Now I have a super quiet garage door opener and couldn't be happier with the results. If you're looking for quality service at a great price, Dan is the person to call.

He asked asked me to send him a picture of my garage and was able to figure out how to install it in spite of my low-clearance problem and gave me a quote quickly. It was the weekend, so he told me he would verify on Monday that the door I wanted was available (Unique Garage Door, 16x7, poly-backed insulated). Jose called me back on Monday and scheduled a Wednesday install. He showed up on time and installed the new door, cleaned up and hauled away the old door. During the setup of the new opener he walked me through its features. I am very happy with the install. I would definitely recommend AFS Garage Door without hesitation. Angel M Idyllwild, CA
