USA Clean Master - Sectional - Carpet Cleaning Near Me - Atlanta, Georgia

Technician was professional and courteous. Worked thoroughly and efficiently leaving nothing neglected. Carpet shampoo machine left a good bit of water on the carpet but it should dry effectively in a few days. That was why a 4 star instead of 5. The clean was excellent. Tech said in 8+ hours it should be dry but it wasn't the next morning. I did not mind as the house is vacant and has no traffic to compromise cleaning. read more

We had a medical event with a family member that suffered a pretty bad injury. She is okay but the carpet was not. You were able to come in and make the carpet appear like it never happened! Thank you so much! read more

Ron came to my home, very respectful first did a walk through. I showed him the rooms and special areas to pay attention to. Although I had a special price for basic steam cleaning, Ron did "up sell" which I know is normal procedure and I didn't mind because my carpet really did need to be pre treated as I wanted to be sure the stains came out. He did offer a special price for pre treatment, sanitizer, and deodorizer. I did a last walk through when he was done. I was very pleased. The carpet was clean, the worrisome stains were gone and it smelled great. The carpet was wet for several hours which wasn't a big deal just FYI for those who are interested. read more

I rarely rate anyone unless the product or service provided exceeded or didn't meet my expectations. This company definitely did NOT meet my expectations. The cleaner, Anthony Thomas, they sent said he cleaned three rooms and two rugs in 30 minutes (I kid you not!). I then knew I was in trouble. I inspected the carpets, only to find that instead having my original soiled carpets, I then had WET soiled carpet. When I pointed this out to him, he told me that he could go over them a thousand times, but the dirt will still be there because those are high traffic areas. I knew he was just trying to get out of going over them because I had gotten them cleaner myself with surely less superior cleaners than he used. After pleading with him for several minutes, he decided to spend a few more minutes going over the areas I complained about. To my amazement, not really, the areas I complained about were much lighter, though still not as clean as they could have been. My rugs had several stains left in them as well, even after totally drying. He insisted he was done, so I thought I'd just complain to the company and a representative from there would make it right. Wrong! I called twice, and both representatives told me someone would call me back, but no one ever did. It would have been nice to have someone respond as promptly to the complaint as the response was to booking the appointment. If you don't want to be angry for yet being taken advantage of again, don't book anyone from this company. read more

I will definitely be calling them again. My sofa looks brand new again and the price is very affordable.. THANK YOUUUU

Absolutely horrible. Scheduled an appointment on Monday for carpet cleaning on Saturday between 8am-10am. We were coming from out of state to clean up a townhouse we moved out of 2 months prior. Received a call from this company around 8:30am stating they had to cancel our appointment due to the assigned technician calling out sick. Tried to reschedule for later in the week. Not acceptable. Found another reputable cleaning service our business. NOT RECOMMENDED!!! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! read more

The person who came out to clean our house did a very poor job of cleaning the carpet and disrespected me, my home and my carpet. When the cleaner arrived at our house, he emptied dirty water from his last cleaning job onto my driveway before starting the job. Then proceeded to use my own water hose to clean the carpet. I've used other carpet cleaners in the past and they have always used their own water supply from their trucks. There were four bigger rooms, a hallway and two staircases that were supposed to be cleaned and he spent only 20 minutes working on the carpet and left. After "cleaning" there was still dirt on the carpet and it was damp for a good three days. When I initially called they offered a promotion for four rooms and a free hallway cleaning for $109. When the cleaner came to our house he charged me $247. I did not have enough cash, so I went to the bank to withdraw more money to pay for the job. While I was in the bank, the cleaner sat outside in his vehicle harassing my phone and threatening to call the police and send them to my house if I did not come out of the bank with the money for the job. When I went out to give the cleaner the money, he snatched it out of my hand from his window and sped off without giving me change from the money I had given him. I reached out to the company to complain about how I was treated and they threatened to sue me if I damaged their companies reputation. The only request I have from them is to have half of my money back to call a reputable company to clean the carpet or do it myself. I am very disappointed how unprofessional this company has been and how both me and my home were treated. read more

Great service and extremely quick to respond. Price was excellent and the carpets looked awesome. Will definitely this company again and will recommend to others as well. read more

Waste of money and time. Did not even remove spots that come out with a wet rag. Tech cleaned the stairs with the equipment upstairs, then walked over and dragged equipment over wet stairs. He did not wipe up any of the spilled water on my wood floors and the wheels on the machine left streaks on my floors, I was on my hands and knees rubbing them out. I called them back to express my dissatisfaction and they have not even called me back. They do not take pride in their work. There are so many other companies you can use that actually do a great job at cleaning carpets with true professionals and decent equipment. This company is not worth using...keep looking. read more

Got the carpets "cleaned" I'm not impressed. Carpets are soaked, which tells me the little portable system is not the best for carpet cleaning nor the latest technology. I almost want to hire another company to come and suck the water out and do a real deep clean, not a "promotional" clean. My carpet downstairs is new but the high traffic area was not improved. The tech Even said that my carpets were not "dirty". Yet If it can't be cleaned to an improved less dingy look...are you telling me that I should replace carpet that is less than 2yrs old in a home where we do not wear shoes? You sent one technician so don't count on furniture to be moved....and if it is moved he didn't have the plastics that your furniture sit on so I had to cut Kroger bags to place under each leg of the sofa. Otherwise he placed furniture on extremely wet carpet, which would certainly ruin both the furniture and the carpet. The carpets closest to the base boards was not really cleaned so I'll have to go back with a toothbrush and Resolve and clean the area. Not to mention you don't vacuum the floors first so there was a big bug behind a sofa upstairs and he "cleaned" the carpet but the bug was still there! Not worth the $218.00. Just because you have carpet cleaning equipment doesn't mean you know what you're doing. read more

Called to have 1 room cleaned. Technician showed up late says he had different address but in my confirmation the address was correct. Also on the website they show USA Clean Master trucks, my guy came in old van and pulled out mobile cleaning machine, did not even get stains out, waste of my time and money!! read more
