Since there was only one employee in the store I was told to return after 10am and was given a card to call for pricing. I called later and spoke to Carl, who was very helpful and gave me a price for the service. When I returned to the store, Carl had me fill out forms while he took care of other customers. He notarized my document and had the 2 witnesses (employees) sign my paperwork. Everything was done quickly and efficiently. In addition, I was surprised that the cost was less than what I was originally quoted. Also, even though the store was very busy, the employees quickly took care of the customers in a professional way.

I have come to this one many times before and service was never so poor. Circumstances and timing but would avoid this Indic possible. I had to walk over into her personal space/close enough to make eye contact and say for a third time "hello how are you", to get her to acknowledge my presence. When she finally looked up and acknowledged me, she had an attitude and acted as if I was bothering her. I then proceeded to the counter to try to get assistance from a different representative at the cash register. There was a different at the I approached her she walked away as if she didn't see me standing there. She then proceeded to go off to the side to socialize and chitchat with a coworker. This was the worst experience I've ever had at any store! I use FedEx in my neighborhood at least three times a week and the people in my neighborhood Location are extremely friendly and professional and helpful! This location is clearly not being managed properly. There should not be multiple employees with terrible attitudes. Each person I encountered in the was completely rude and unfriendly. I ended up just walking out and leaving without getting my papers printed out. I have made a mental note to never return to this location ever again no matter what!
