The truck I came in for was in need of tires, and I wasn't sure if that was something I would have to pay for on top of the listing price, or if it could be negotiated, etc. The first thing Bob told me (before I even brought it up) was that he won't sell a car with bad brakes or tires. He had the tires replaced with a quality set, even had a second key made, and the truck was spotless when I finally picked it up. He checked the whole car for other stuff that could have been a possibility of failing then found the problem, called my warranty company an got it approved did the work quickly an got my car back to me in a timely fashion! I scheduled to have touch stereo installed in 2006 Cayman to replace the working stock stereo. Arrived at scheduled time 10am and returned around 1205pm. Stock radio was still in car but not working now. I was not told this immediately, they were trying to get stock radio to work again. Then I was told they couldn't remove the stock radio. Then told no audio installation business would be able to remove my stock stereo and I would have to take to the dealer. So I left with NO WORKING STOCK STEREO, small dimple in my console due to worker and thinking I needed to go to dealer and spend $$$$$ to have a stock stereo removed. On top of all that I wasted 3 hours! WELL, AUDIO PLUS WAS WRONG! I scheduled an appointment with Hook It Up Customs. Well I didn't need a dealer to remove my stock stereo and Hook It Up Customs could not believe an audio business that says it installs audio equipment couldn't do this job! So if you want the job done right the first time, you might want to AVOID AUDIO PLUS in Harrison.

Mike the owner has always been friendly, but hard to get a hold of at times, and nothing really happens on time, particularly bodywork. But the prices were good for decent quality work. I got a new truck and wanted to get the windows tinted. I called earlier in the day and made an appointment. I get there, tell Mike why I'm here and he tells me I need to make an appointment. I tell him I have one, and he tells me he is running behind and it'll be atleast an hour wait before he can get to me. I told him that wasn't possible and I made an appointment to prevent this. He was apologetic but had no solution. I wasted 90 minutes driving here and back home. This new location didn't appear to have any waiting area, let alone ample parking. Maybe business is so good that organization and scheduling is slipping through the cracks? Either way, I will no longer return. I've had great service in the past. I WAS a repeat customer, but no more.

I had to take it to small claims court and the business countersuit me for a whopping 35K. This is personal now. This is not a business I would recommend. Don't pay anything upfront of you chose to do business with this organization. My repairs once completion should be around 975.00. This has been extremely stressful to myself and family. I am a disabled veteran and I am having separation anxiety. I use this car for business and pleasure. My car is rotting sitting in the same spot for months. Today is 8.28.23. I supplied 99% of the parts and my car was promised to be completed in 1 week. You are taking a chance if you do business with this shop. Good luck!
