My husband and I had some pretty high expectations for the home we wanted, which, I'm sure, presented a challenge to finding a property that matched our needs and wants. Chad was with us every step of the way! We ended up building a home and Chad attended every meeting and was a great and giving advise and leading us in the right direction. I would recommend Chad and his team to anyone. The quote from Value Windows was 2/3 of the other replacement window sellers. The installation was quick and professional. The installers did a great job of troubleshooting issues due to my building being so old. The double-paned vinyl windows were a massive improvement over my old windows. No more drafts from the outside, and the noise level from the outside was cut more than half. I waited nearly a year before I posted the review because I wanted to see how it holds up during both hot and cold weather. So far so good. I'm very happy with Value Windows & Doors.

His prices were competitive and he didn't get frustrated with us when we said we want to evaluate ALL our options before making a decision....AND we didn't know when we would be able to actually install.
