This review is heartfelt, after contacting, searching, swings and misses, and now we will never have to search for a "total" outdoor landscape and design firm again. I rarely give a five star rating to companies, because so many do great work, but often subpar. Usually, they don't deserve even 3 1/2 stars because of customer service, follow ups, and guarantees on their work. You will not find a local company more devoted and committed to your needs, that truly listen to what "you" want, and provide their expert advice and recommendations, than Callaway Outdoor Design. Trust me. You will not be disappointed. They are very honest and reputable. Sharon, Brett and Grant with Callaway, will go above and beyond to help you with your all of your landscaping (and more) needs!!

I had to get replacement windows because my 35 years old town home is extremely drafty and…read moresusceptible to outside noise on a busy street. I got quotes from Pella, Andersen and Sears. The quote from Value Windows was 2/3 of the other replacement window sellers. The installation was quick and professional. The installers did a great job of troubleshooting issues due to my building being so old. The double-paned vinyl windows were a massive improvement over my old windows. No more drafts from the outside, and the noise level from the outside was cut more than half. I waited nearly a year before I posted the review because I wanted to see how it holds up during both hot and cold weather. So far so good. I'm very happy with Value Windows & Doors.

Mario came to do the precise measurements, and then he came out again with the contractors to complete the project. The windows are high quality, double paned and are a stark improvement over the original aluminum windows from the 1970s. I would recommend this company for anyone looking for high quality doors and windows.

Century Glass & Interiors is a customer service oriented business that came through for me when…read moreanother company had failed. I had a large, approximately 5' x 7' tempered glass Solex window explode early on a Saturday evening. A different company had been making numerous excuses for not getting a replacement window. When that other company finally showed up with glass that didn't fit after waiting almost a month, I canceled them and called Century Glass & Interiors. Maybritt was so helpful on the phone and told me that Solex glass was available though the other company claimed it was no longer being made. Joe came out and took measurements the day after the other company showed up with the wrong size glass. He was very precise in taking measurements in all areas of the window. About a week later, the glass arrived and the installation went very smoothly. Joe took the time to add extra caulking and they cleaned up all the broken glass that was still in the frame. They did an absolutely excellent job and I definitely would use this business again. I highly recommend them.
