Since I wasn't sure as to the reason at that time and the overflow had stopped, I cleaned it up and moved on. Shortly after that my wife noticed the iron stains returning. I called NH Water Care to notify them of an issue. A few days later they came out to check it out. The service tech came out, reviewed the settings and advised us that either a board was bad or the prior tech reversed the flush cycle and the rinse cycle. As well as replacing some other parts that had just been put in by them. They billed us full charge. After watching the filter for 30 days, the issues no longer appeared. I requested to speak with the owner about the billing for what appeared to be an error by the original tech and/or the parts. After 2 weeks no response was received. Still no response after another call and week. I paid the bill today. I do not recommend doing business with this company. I thought I'd made the right choice buying the filter. I still do, in the product. We've had no issues with the board so you do the math.... Either way the "no response customer service speaks volumes.

Although i couldn't get the holding tank and plumbing done that does need to be replaced, they got the pump replaced and me up and running in the same day. I have a jet pump for my irrigation system which recently failed. I'm pretty handy so I bought the…read moreidentical pump from a different pump supplier and was told that everything was all set. I swapped all the parts I needed from the old to the new and set the pump up in my yard. After a few hours of troubleshooting a pressure issue I called WWC for help. Recommend by a friend who uses them regularly I gave them a shot. We chatted over text and exchanged some photos so they knew what I was dealing with. After about fifteen minutes they were able to determine that it was a voltage issue with the pump that had been done by the manufacturer. I was able to switch the voltage and the pump worked perfectly. WWC helped out where the company I bought it from didn't really know how to help.
