Very upfront when teaching and if you can't seem to find a vein, he's there to help. He can even draw blood on some of the hardest veins. He fully gave me the confidence in phlebotomy after the 5 weeks as when i started I didnt know anything about drawing despite already working in a laboratory. He's also for caring as he does check up on his past students. He checks on me if I gotten my license yet (still waiting, processing take awhile). 5 stars!

If you are having extreme difficulty getting CVS to reliably fill your rx's, you might consider just moving the problematic rx's to Western U. They can get many specialty rx's on a next business day basis, rather than CVS that assets that they ' can't' get specialty rx's or that the factory no longer makes your Rx pills, or other ridiculous untruths. I've had good results with Western U Pharmacy.

As a doctor, professional, and a teacher I'm in awe at how such unprofessionalism have survived the test of time. I've seen friends attending this Pharmacy School and their stories are hurtful to hear. Many are International students, fearful of their status and retaliation, so they don't dare to speak up. Once I was told by a beloved teacher that "your failure is my failure; meaning that I've failed to teach and inspire you". Most Teachers at this school are busy doing something else and this job is so that they can say there're affiliated with a University in their resume. They don't know how to teach. Mostly just read the books word by word like a story podcast, then create a test that results in "FAILURES". Students claim that these so called teachers couldn't pass their own tests. Yet, there are a few good teachers but definitely not many. No one expects for the Pharm School to be easy, but this is boarder line abusive. If you are still skeptical, then walk the hallways of Western and USC. You'll immediately feel the difference. In one you hear laughters, in the other (guess which one), you'll encounter zombies, a Halloween Special.

The teachers at this center are wonderful: Mr. Brandon, Mr. Elijah, Mr. Brian, Mr. Noah, Mr. Austin, and Mr. Edwin have all been very helpful. They balance patience with encouragement, pushing my son to challenge himself and have a growth mindset.

The staff here are pretty amazing and I'm not one to be easily impressed by customer service. I…read moremainly worked with Laura when I first started taking classes at Cal Poly Pomona (CPP) via Open University (another name they used for Extended University). Laura was very knowledgeable about the procedures and also the software. How OU works is you fill out a form of the classes you want to take (basically any class that's offered that quarter) and you go to the first day of classes and ask the professor if you can add. If they allow you to add, the professor signs your form and then you take the same form to the Department Chair and have them sign it (with the exception of summer session). Only trick is to make sure you have your previous transcripts ready for them to review if the class you're interested in has a prerequisite course. Once you have the signature(s) you take the form to the OU office and make your payment and voila, you're enrolled! Laura really helped me for one of my classes because the professor was willing to add me as long as I went through the same route as the regular, non-OU students and went on the wait list. As an OU student, you cannot go on wait lists because you cannot try to enroll in a class without a code. The purpose of the Open University form they sign is that they're allowing you to bypass the wait list and just be added to the class. In order to accomplish this, Laura had to mark me as a regular student so that I can go onto the wait list and once I made it into the class, she had to switch me back to an OU student. It was a roundabout way to do it, but she knew the system so well that she was able to think of a solution for an unprecedented scenario.
