This is after they've already cut their hours down to mornings only. For example today they were supposed to be open from 9:00 to 11:00 but a handwritten sign inside indicated they were not opening until 10:30. How inconvenient. I'm done wasting my time here.

The process was really stressful and rushed due to so many customers being crammed into a tiny store waiting to be helped. The associate was impatient and did not give me time to closely measure the prints, and the ruler they gave me to verify the photo measurements was beat up and inaccurate. The photos ended up being the wrong size and poorly lit. Total waste of $20. When I emailed the store asking for a resolution, I received a really dismissive response. Avoid at all costs.

I had no clue that Latrobe had a UPS Store, but guess what, they do. Maybe a reason why I did not know this is that it is located in a plaza on the end that feels like a dead zone. It houses what used to be a Kmart that is now turned into a Uhaul storage facility. So obviously the foot traffic is down. Parking is aplenty as the parking lot is huge for what used to be a big box store, so you will not have to fret over finding a spot close to the front. It appears that it all depends on the time of the day when this establishment will be busy. When I showed up it was a time when it was not busy. I walked in and I think there was maybe one other customer wrapping up and heading out. Walked up to the service desk and was greeted warmly by the associate on duty. The transaction was quick. I handed over the package, she scanned the code, I had a receipt handed to me, and I was out the door. It was as quick as that. As for the other reviewer, do you know what the internet is? You could have looked that up yourself before wasting the time to call this place and make up a review that is a bit too hard to believe. Did you call FedEx as well? Bet you didn't, maybe you are from a competitor?
