Go anywhere else but here! The two men that work here are two of the most despicable human beings I've ever had come into my space. I ship multiple packages a day and these guys act like I'm tearing their arms off because I asked them a question or ask them to do their job. No one should have the right to ruin someone's day because they hate themselves and their jobs. If you can't be nice to the public then you shouldn't be working with the public. You guys actually should never wonder why your reviews are so low. To be told that tape is only allowed to be used by priority customers? I haven't gone to this location for a long time specifically because you people are pieces of work. I made the mistake of thinking maybe things would be different since I legitimately just had something to be sent back, no postage needed, only to be informed that I needed to buy tape. To all the those of you looking at the reviews to this location, Less Than 3 Mi down the road is the Eagle Point Post office, they are fantastic, they are polite, they love serving their community, they are just all around wonderful people. really wonderful souls. I recently was a awful client with bad packing. I like all the staff, but Lucas the tattoo and jewelry guy, got stuck with me that day. With his kind direction, I got my packages repacked and addressed on proper labels on the side table. Lucas kept an eye on me while he kept the line moving along. He was MORE than helpful; he also made me laugh about it. instead of being embarrassed by my ineptitud, I left with a big grin on my 70 year old face. made my day. read more

I'd give zero stars if I could. But aside from usps not scanning things I send, damaging and losing my mail, my biggest problem with them is how rude their staff is. I had a very expensive package coming, the tracking said "out for delivery" for two days. I went to usps to ask about this and the new guy who works there was mad at me for even asking. Then he lied to me both times and said it's on a second truck that delivers packages exclusively. I told him that I had received several packages, so obviously he was lying to me. Now, on the third day, the tracking says "could not be delivered because access to location was blocked. Will try next business day" WHICH IS A LIE!!! I honestly think they steal mail and just claim it's lost, then treat you like an idiot when you ask about it. I'm very angry right now and unfortunately this is common with the usps in white city. read more

This year I made a resolution to send birthday cards to all my friends. I was doing really well up until July, and now have a handful of cards from the "Belated Birthdays" section I need to backdate. But anyway. By July, I'd sent out about 30 cards of different shapes and sizes to locations near and far. Only one of them took like a month to deliver, and that was an oversize dancing mustache card that I totally dropped in the mail without enough postage. My bad. But they still delivered it! This post office has been a life saver! For local deliveries, even with just a regular forever stamp, I can bask in the luxury of the last minute, knowing that the cards I send have a pretty good chance of arriving the very next day. I love the bank of drive-thru mail boxes, and many a lunch hour has included an extra 10-second postal drop. They also have a self-service station inside just in case you need to send something larger, like a dancing mustache card. I'm now gearing up for my own birthday party, and wanted to send something special as the invites.Today, when I went inside to ask about them, the lady at the counter was happy to help, saying, "I've seen everything! Bouncy balls to coconuts!" So my message in a bottle was no big deal. She even told me "Congratulations!" when I said I was sending invites. I assume she thought I was getting married. You know what? This location gets pretty busy and there never seems to be adequate staff for the traffic. There is routinely a line out the door, and only 1 or 2 people working the registers. Frustrating! The staff are friendly, but overworked and understaffed They would probably appreciate some more help. I have a P.O. Box here which has been an adventure. I routinely get others mail and even got a business' weeks worth of payments once and since the line was out the door and I was already late for work, I delivered the mail to the business location my self. Having my P.O. Box here scares me, but I don't really have any other choices. Get it together mail room people! read more

This location can be very slow, often only one person working counter during noon rush. Use the APC in the lobby if you can, it will save you time. read more

Okay place to go if your in the area. Not enough staff, but carriers are wonderful. They are helpful even when they have so little time. Always kind when I'm asking questions I probably should be able to guess. Couldn't ask for better. read more
