I am frequently traveling and have had packages shipped to local post office many times. I called the main number and was told address for this location. I was very disappointed to learn when I went to pick up my package that they had returned it without notifying me. read more

They do not answer their phone at all. It literally rang like 50times. they answered and hung up and left it off the hook so there was a busy signal. read more

The delivery driver will deliver what they want when they want. my regular mail got delivered but not my packages. my package was on the truck and "OUT FOR DELIVERY". But the driver didn't want to open the door on their vehicle so my packages didnt get delivere. So on 01/16/2024 I hope my packages don't disappear. I had to take a screenshot so they don't try to say it wasn't scanned for delivery. read more

This post office is so overwhelmed with staff shortages that the poor people that work there are doing the best they can. Kudos to the clerks out front who get the short straw everyday when they step out front to be the whipping post to everyone for stuff that is beyond there control. Be kinder people!! Can you *please* at least just answer your phone, have an answering machine, or an email address, so I can contact you about the packages you regularly lose on me (going on about a dozen lost this past year alone). Calling the 1800 customer service only went so far: they "opened an investigation," and I'm still waiting to hear back about a package that's gone "out for delivery" about 5 times now -- never gets delivered, gets rerouted all over the stage, then back to my west leb PO, and the cycle repeats. Until about 5 days ago that is: "forwarded" (for no known reason) and no more updates. Package is marked to me correctly, as it shows in my informed delivery. Can someone *please* just answer the phone, or get back to me, so I can find out if you lost *another* expensive and irreplaceable item (no longer in production, can no longer be found. They're expensive, rare, and needed for my work. And you lost it. No amount of money [which I'm sure you won't refund me for anyway] would even be able to re-purchase these lost items. Get it together!!! Side note: as awful as this PO is, and all the packages they've lost on me, Samson is absolutely fantastic and has gone above and beyond to try and remedy situations in the past for me. How hard is it to follow shipping directions? I literally have, in the second line of my address, "Leave package at the door". It's not rocket science! I have had so many issues with mail either being held because the lock was broken but no one knew about it, or packages not delivered at all because of "carrier's discretion". I KNOW there's a risk by leaving packages, but the chances are greater I'd get what I ordered than trying to get to the post office during the five minutes they're actually available on any given for. read more

Today, Monday, June 14, 2021, I am having the unfortunate experience of having to listen to a very long outgoing message provided by the voice of a woman who, assures me, that after listening to her pronounce New Hampshire like New Hampshire a number of times tha operator will be on to assist me shortly. So far it's three times and all I get is a number of rings and then an abrupt busy signal. I wonder if the post office in West Lebanon New Hampshire has any incentive to really answer the phone when people call. USPS has been having major issues delivering mail to the correct addresses for the past month+. Whether it's delivering my neighbors' flat mail in my mailbox & I have to either go stick in it my neighbors' doors or delivering packages with tracking numbers to the wrong door. I've also had issues in the past getting the lock replaced on my mailbox after someone broke it. I had to have my mail held at the PO & kept calling the post master for 2 weeks. I ended up going to the PO & talking to the ladies working at the desk & someone went right over to fix it. read more
