Literally cannot call them. No one answers the phone after the machine says "just wait and someone will be with you". We have one mailman who is great with our mail... the rest of the time we never know if its even being delivered correctly. I have 2 things that are supposed to be dropped off today and have seen mailman out with the mail but we haven't gotten our mail at all today. This isn't just today though its sometimes a regular occurrence. I'm never sure what to think and know several times they have not had all our mail together ro get to us. It would be nice just to be able to speak to someone there. Idk whats wrong but they have one person on the ball and im not sure what goes on with the others...... read more

Just writing to let the post master know he is well educated on there rules of the post office. Under the post office own rules when it comes to filming in the post office, these first amendment auditors do need premission from public affairs or the post office or institution head. And it's clear that no pictures can contain postal employees, customers or where there security cameras are located, and no letter head containing a name or address. So the channel called AUDITING ERIE COUNTY is completely feeding his subscribers false information. There is even case law now that proves filming on postal property is not protected under the first amendment. These cases are THE PEOPLE VS WIGGINGTON, WIGGINGTON VS UNITED STATES POSTAL SERVICES And even the Supreme Court has ruled Dan does not have a first amendment right to do what he is doing. This case is UNITED STATES VS KOKINDA 1990. And it's also in YouTubes terms of service that you must have people's premission to use there images for monatary gain. So anyone that was in AUDITING ERIE COUNTY video, have the right to file what is called a privacy complaint againt his video, and stop him from using there images and voice for his financial gain. Hopefully the post master sees this. But I will also contact his, to let him know what his rights are, when someone trys to use his images for monatary gain. A privacy complaint will give his channel a stike for violating YouTubes terms of service, they video should be taken down and will no longer be able to profit from there images. read more

A trip to the Post Office can be like going to the Dr's, wait, wait, wait; unless it's not. They obviously cannot control who shows up and when but with medium traffic, i was in and out in under 3 minutes. Amy was friendly and helpful and assisted me with a labeling issue. Fantastic experience all the way round. read more

Super nice and helpful when I went to send a package and it wasn't packaged correctly.

We're new to the the area, with several surprises for us, including our rental home not working out. So, we opened a PO Box! The gentleman at the counter was so kind and a huge help to us!! Looking forward to living here with such awesome people! read more

Just a normal regular post office, nothing special but alsonothing bad which you traditionally associate with other USPS facilities. If the employees were a little more enthusiastic and friendly and proud of their jobs and positions I would give them five stars. But as I said nothing too bad about it. read more

Not very impressed. There are usually 2 people working the counter, sometimes only one. The staff is not overly friendly. I looked for a certain rate of stamps two weeks in a row and they were "out." And if you try calling their local phone number, forget it. No one picks up. read more
