Before I begin, I should note that I use eBay about once a week and a majority of my packages are shipped through USPS, and that the sellers add an adequate amount of protection (bubble wrap). For the last 4 packages (that I'm aware of), they've either been late, damaged, broken or even all three. I bought two PS4s (one of which I had to return because the console was damaged and the other one came with 10 shattered game cases, both packages were late.) The third package came, yet again, about 4-5 days later than expected, even though those expectations were longer already because of covid. Funnily enough, I even recorded me opening the package because I wrongfully expected the items to be damaged. Lastly, I just received my 4th package today, which surprisingly got here 2-3 days earlier than I had anticipated, however the package was - you guessed it - broken. 2 stars would be too much, however the only positive experience I've had was the two times I've been inside and the staff were super friendly. Drivers, please be more cautious of packages. Even though the items mean nothing to you, we (the customers) are often disappointed, sad or frustrated when we received shattered item(s). read more
