Megan the current "post master" was caught allowing her carriers to drive to homeowners home to…read moretheir physical address and leave mail when a certified letter wasn't signed for or picked up . the certified letter was NEVER signed by the homeowner of the mailbox and was RTS on 5-25-2026 .The certified letter was found inside the homeowners mailbox on 6-7-2026 . when the homeowner took the letter to the post office and spoke to Megan the post master she told us that she allows them to deliver it to the address on envelope ! this is a federal offense and is not allowed . what else is she doing being out back with our mail ! she also allowed her carrier to open a mailbox for another women who does not have a key to the owners mailbox . to place something inside the home owners mailbox ! Megan the post master was caught allowing her carriers to drive to physical address on the letter she is a messy post master and if anyone else has an issue call the Inspector general ASAP . report her asap at Osprey location . it is illegal and a federal offense to have any mail carrier open a mailbox box for anyone that does not have a key!

This package arrived on July 1, in Sarasota Florida and sat for two days in Sarasota even though $280.00 was paid for "express overnight" delivery. We received a message stating "package delay" on 7/1/26. It didn't get to Tampa, FL until 7/2/26. Then, it finally makes it to Louisville, KY on 7/3/26 and doesn't get to the required destination until 7/6/26! Once back home, I called this business and submitted a claim as I was no longer in Switzerland and the package, was not received at the hotel until 7 days later! A lady with Qwik Pack told me this claim process would take up to two weeks to resolve. Today, I stopped into the business to follow up and was greeted by Jigar Pokar, owner, who immediately raised his voice and started to argue with me. Jigar told me that there is no guarantee and that I was not only out $280.00 but it would cost me $170 to obtain the product in this package that was not sent for 6 days! The owner wanted to tell me that first it was dropped off on Thursday. Jigar's tone became more argumentative, and he continued arguing with me, until I decided his unprofessional attitude was completely unacceptable. It's shameful to run a business and talk to customers in such an arrogant, dismissive way. Just be aware, "express overnight" doesn't mean overnight. It's just a word they use. It means, the package may make it in a week. Plus. this package didn't make it to the hotel until 7 days later!

I thought, "they would have sent it with my work order number". But they had not sent one even thought they were supposed to! So FedEx saved me $60 in shipping cost before I even did anything! I went back the next morning to have them pack and ship my laptop. I walked in and said, "Oh no", the line was so long and there was only one guy working. But he knocked that line down in no time at all, even though he had to rush between the line and several "technically illiterate" customers at various self-service stations. Never lost his patience, never a cross word. I'm knocking them down by one star only because I have been that helpless customer at the self-service fax and everyone just pretended they didn't see me. That was a while ago, but I did dread going back there. This time was a 5-star experience.
