I've received excellent customer service every single time I've visited this USPS location. The…read moreline is usually short, but help comes quickly when the line grows. I've even seen the branch manager at the window helping to work through the line. Impressive! Shereese is especially helpful. She moves quickly enough to get you in and out fast, but she also pays great attention to detail and will answer questions, all with a friendly smile. This is practically unheard of for USPS service! The building is clean, there's sufficient parking, and shipping supplies are kept filled and tidy. I'm a huge fan of this location!

This is a large post office that could do with more staff to handle volume, especially around peak…read moretimes. For example, this morning at around 11.45 am, the line had around 10 people but only one person actively working the service counter. I use this location a lot, and it's easy to see why staff and customers can get quite stressed when lines are long and processing takes longer than it should. At other times, there is no line at all -- so really avoid early morning and lunch time. The roadworks outside this location have now finished which makes parking much easier and there are spaces directly outside the building. This is a large location that also has PO Boxes and a small store that sells shipping supplies.

I called the UPS in LongBoat Key Florida! I spoke to a Jamie he couldn't of been more helpful and kinder to me , he made me relax a minute and him figured out what was going on he kept telling me it's ok we will find out what's going on.. He even knew I was calling from Philadelphia area. He asked me if I watched the Flyers game the night before. I said of course I used to work for them, I remember when there manger was a player. It really comes me down. He was so understanding and kind. He figured it out and gave me all the information to help me. What a great employee of UPS to have thanks again to him. Never forget his kindness!
