He said yes, so I told him. Seemed very impersonal. The lady actually came over and asked me what it po box number was so I told her. She was nice. I just want to say it really made me appreciate Tom a whole lot more how the man was acting. Tom runs that place by himself and does a dang good job, and is always friendly and personal. Those items were never found and no one at the office can even call back or find a manager to fill out a lost mail slip to try to find the missing items. I've even seen the branch manager at the window helping to work through the line. Impressive! Shereese is especially helpful. She moves quickly enough to get you in and out fast, but she also pays great attention to detail and will answer questions, all with a friendly smile. This is practically unheard of for USPS service! The building is clean, there's sufficient parking, and shipping supplies are kept filled and tidy. I'm a huge fan of this location!
