If I could rate zero I would, I sent wedding invites to various cities across the U.S.and…read moreinternationally so I went to my local post office for help on postage. I didn't have a problem with anyplace. Not in Germany, Colombia, I can keep listing...but in Fort Kent, Me...sure enough they say I needed more postage and made the recipients pay. Which is not the procedure, if something doesn't have enough postage you return to sender. So many issues.
