If I could give this laundromat a zero instead of one star I would, this was the most unprofessional business I've ever incountered by far. First, instead of following HER OWN OPERATION HOURS the owner leaves and does her own thing and locks up the laundromat and leave a note says basically to call her cell phone and when it's convenient for her she'll let you and it doesn't help that she stops letting people was an hour and a half before closing. Second when I walked in she came up to me and freaked out about how I was not allowed to touch anything and how she could be in a lot of trouble because she works in the public and my dirty hands will contaminate everything so to open and close the washer with my elbows that's not the part I had a problem with I understood that, what I didn't understand was while I was switching my laundry another person walks in behind me and they're obviously well acquainted with each other because he immediately goes into a conversation with her and he begins to load his laundry touching everything and she doesn't say anything which really pissed me off condemning she basically yelled at me and gave me a whole speech. After that while I was loading my laundry she made it very clear that I was only allowed to Fill each washer no more than 1/3 of the way and the same thing with the dryers because it will mess it up at that point I was getting so fed up when she literally freaked out when I put three towels and two pair pants in one washer and called that too much and made me put the rest which was three other shirts into another washer but that wasn't the worst part the worst part was probably when I was loading my stuff into the dryer and I realize how big the dryers were and I didn't need to use as much dryers as she recommended so I can condensed my clothes into the 2 dryers and told her I did not need the other two and so she needed to refund me the other dyers because before my cloths even started to wash she said I had to pay for the dryers before they were even done washing which was annoying but I told her that she freaked out in the middle of the store and said told me how long she's been running a business and she knows her Machines more than anyone else and she knows more than I do so I should listen to her so just to avoid conflict I do it she said I put literally five items of clothes in each dryer and to get an idea how little clothes was in the dryer it was probably 1/4 filled which cause me to use more dryers and when I came back to get my clothes all my clothes we burnt and I can no longer wear most of my white or light colored shirts i washed because it burnt so bad that there's brown discoloration on the shirts. at any other launching that I probably would've done two loads and paid no more than $10 or 12 at most at her laundromat and i spent $30 because of unnecessary washers and dryer's that she heavenly insisted I needed I will never go here again and if your college student living off campus just find a friend that lives in either of the dorms and do laundry there It'll save you lots of time and a huge headache as a student I'm on the go all the time I need to spend the most amount time studying and she tells you to babysit your laundry which is a waste of time and she tells you how to organize your time and life she's unprofessional and I don't know why she's in business as long as she has at that point I just walked away from her and came back when I knew the rest of my stuff was drying if I showed up a minute late she would've took my stuff out herself and leave it on the table. She's a con artist and very unprofessional and I hope no one wastes their time and money like I did. read more
