I called Fedex, but using automated customer service, it is impossible to register a complaint without a tracking number. The computer hangs up on you. The next time I get something shipped via Fedex, I am going to let the driver have it, even if it isn't the driver who did this. The driver who did it, intentionally tried to screw with me. I do not ship via Fedex. Do not send me anything via Fedex. Fedex drivers are out of control. This is like Mad Maxx.

We told the rep that the package is fragile and needed to treated as such. When the company, we were sending them back to called us to tell us the phones were damaged and we would have to pay x amount of dollars, you can say we are less than pleased!!! I packaged the phones myself. I went the extra mile and taped the boxes shut so the phones didn't come out of their boxes. We will NEVER use fedex again!!! Anyone who reads this, DO NOT use this location for your shipping needs. They DO NOT care about customers or their packages being shipped!!!

This post office is the absolut worst! the post man delivered my mail then told me I had 2 other…read morepackages and that he would be right back to drop them off. he walked back to his van and took off to go back to the post office and when I called the post office the girl I spoke was a complete bitch and said I would get my packages later, when he usually parks in my driveway and brings me my boxes. The post office in this town closes at 4:15pm.
