The notification from website said my package was delivered today in the parcel box and I went to the mailboxes and no key, I called the customer service 800# they filed a report. I really needed those items. So I tried calling Pritchard St., in Utica, I literally called 15 times and when they said leave message but you couldn't leave one. So I went to the post office they made it sound all good, she was going to tell a supervisor, and they said they were going to find the driver. Really look to see who had my route. Needless to say no one called no package delivered. This is the 2nd time this has happened and the post office found the driver the 1st time and he brought it my house and apologized for putting key in different mailbox. You can't get ahold of anyone by phone. It directs you to the operator and you get a busy signal and then it disconnects you.

Written on my package not shoveled. Funny how Amazon,Macys and Esty all managed to deliver . I purposesly leave the garage door open for access. An 80 yearold widow expect your employees to use a little ingenuity and empathy. Shame on you all ..people rely on timely mail delivery read more

re delivery never came!!! scheduled it for the next day and it wasn't on the truck for delivery

The phone number given doesn't work it disconnects your call! Also your carrier told my fiancé he was unable to let him sign for my package but your policy allows it for express packages which is what was sent! Please retrain your carriers and let them know your policy states anyone at the residence can sign for the package!!! read more
